Very clean hotel and comfortable bed. The bathroom is good. Best time if we come to Roschester we will come to reservations this hotel sure  nice staff and house keeping. Good breakfast for kids

Great value for the price - clean, good breakfast and helpful staff.

We are here for a hockey tournament… Hotel is clean, but the showerhead and nozzle appeared to be falling off and it doesn’t look like the maintenance here is all that good. But the fridge get my beer nice and cold so that’s a plus

No food in morning breakfast.

The hygiene is very poor. The bed sheets seem to have not been changed. There is even a coffee cup left by the previous guest in the bathroom.

Our room is aging, in pretty bad condition, and the breakfast is not good.

The room was very bad, the towels were yellow, the walls were broken, and there were stains on the curtains. The price of the order placed through Ctrip was the same as that of other websites, but I was given the worst room. I booked hotels through Ctrip and was given the worst rooms continuously in overseas hotels. Ctrip customer service 714584 said that the hotel has a history so there is nothing we can do. It is strange to be such a rogue. Well, I no longer use Ctrip to buy anything including hotels, air tickets, etc. Note: Ctrip will give you the worst room at the same price when booking an overseas hotel. So stay away from Ctrip!
