We spent one night only during our Crete experience. There was a very kind person at the reception offering to explain us everything regarding Heraklion. Room was clean and everything was in order.

The room is very comfortable and the location is convenient. There is a pick-up point for the city sightseeing bus at the door of the hotel, which is very convenient

The location is very good, very close to various attractions and museums. All kinds of service facilities are complete. The room is clean and the corridor has a disabled ramp for the convenience of travelers. Warm service. Breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel is a bit weak, but the facilities are very good and the service staff are friendly.

The room facilities are outdated, there is no bathtub, and the chair packaging looks like it needs to be replaced. Visitors were actually stopped from going upstairs. He lied about 30 euros for late check-out and finally refused to admit it and charged me 60 euros.

The room is not big, fully equipped Hygiene: tidy Environment: quiet, visible outdoor swimming pool. Service: Attentive, there is a drying rack on the balcony.

Although the room is a bit small, the breakfast, sanitation and service are all good. Location is convenient, too. You can walk to places such as the history museum. The hot chocolate in the cafe has many varieties and is delicious.

Excellent location close to the center of the city, and a clean hotel overall. But the coffee at the breakfast was horrible, so it was a bad way to start the day every day.

I’ve always liked this hotel. Comfortable rooms, quick checkin, excellent staff, excellent facilities, and excellent restaurants. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

Very nice hotel with great rooms and lovely amenities. We really enjoyed our three night stay at the Galaxy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast the best we’ve had on our travels with so much fresh produce and warm food options. Good location with a short walk (15 min) to the old town, also the ‘hop on hop off’ bus stops straight outside the hotel.

The hotel room was impeccable The complimentary wine, water, breakfast, pool and stuff were friendly and very helpful.

Staff was incredible. Pool was fantastic. Breakfast was great. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Their service is good and comfortable. But they don’t offer water for the second day no matter how many days you stay the hotel. They only offer the first day water.
