Lovely helpful staff. Clean, nice large room, some traffic noise on one side of hotel could be helped with extra glazing. Value for money except disable facilities could be better. Very low toilet no extra bars to hold to get off toilet and no hand rail/bars in shower.

Nice hotel! Lovely staff!
The staff were absolutley amazing from check in to check out!! Everyone was friendly and couldnt do enough for us!! Breakfast was excellent!!

Loud and noisy
Loud guests who had a dog were shouting and walking up and down the corridor all night. The dog was barking and made a lot of noise.

Rude management
Room lovely! Location ideal
Customer service horrible. I had to check out of my room at right time or I’d be charged!! I needed food and ordered it as none available in hotel. The staff clearly saw me eating food and I’d informed them I be sitting in lobby till it was time to go.
The manager came over to me advised me I can’t eat food I got outside the hotel I couldn’t eat here. I’m not disputing the policy I wasn’t aware, the attitude was condescending and I felt like a bold child as if she was scolding me. All other staff that I saw over the weekend were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately this has put a dampener on my stay.

Nice, Clean and Efficient
Stayed for 1 night as a break when deiving from Glasgow to London. Nice hotel, good family room with extra beds for kids .. No complaints

The room was very very noisy. I thought the window was open it was that loud in there from the road and fans outside the window. Massive gap by the room door I could see through.
