Beds are hard. Like sleeping on plywood. They wouldn't let anyone into the public baths if they have tattoos, which left 3 of the 4 of us unable to use them.

The hotel is very clean and the staffs are very polite and helpful. The onsen in the hotel is very good, I really like it! The hotel is pretty close to the Himeji Station, pretty convenient! There are free shuttle offered and bikes can be rented for free!

Overall value for money with a nice public bath and in-house restaurant.

It's a 10 minute walk from the station, but there is a shuttle bus every 20 minutes. The hot springs were very good. The facilities were also excellent.
