1. There was no hot water in the hotel room, and the room phone was not working. I went to the front desk three times to get feedback, and someone was sent to check. In the end, there was no explanation and no other remedy. Later, I asked if I could wash it somewhere else, and the front desk reluctantly agreed.
2. The room smells very strong of smoke
3. The hot water kettle used for boiling water has a British plug. I reported back that it was ok, but someone was sent to deal with it later.
