Overall, it's a very cost-effective choice! The front desk can speak Chinese during the day, very friendly and helpful. The hygiene is good and the staff are very patient. The only drawback is that the window of the twin room faces the inside of the hotel. At night, some uncultured guests talk loudly in the corridor in the middle of the night, which is very annoying.

The landlord is very nice. He informed me of the check-in guide in advance, and it was easy to find my room. The room is clean, spacious, bright and well-equipped. The balcony faces the main road, and you can feel the rush hour of Ho Chi Minh City. Because it faces the main road, the room is not absolutely quiet. The balcony door has a little sound insulation effect. For people like me who hang out during the day and are very tired at night, these noises have little impact... But if you are very sensitive to noise, it is best to communicate with the landlord in advance and change to a room facing a different direction. There is a garden and a free swimming pool on the 8th floor, where adults and children can swim... The apartment is convenient for shopping, with two large shopping malls and a cafe about a kilometer away... It is also only about 2 kilometers away from the Convention and Exhibition Center.

It was a very comfortable stay. The front desk girl with braces provided great service and helped me a lot. I am very satisfied with her. The hotel would be much less attractive without her.

Lovely clean and new apartment. Well furnished with all appliances. Good for long stay also. Only thing is it’s bit away (20mins drive) from city. Great views from the apartment.

Decent business hotel with good breakfast. But room is old, aircon is making a pretty loud noise, room not sound proof and can hear electric clicking sound through the night.  Communication with the front counter not ideal, called one person to inform about grab delivery to be sent to my room and within 10 mins later another person called back to my room to inform my grab delivery is here. Called them to get extension of my room till 1:30pm but my room card got lock out by 1:20pm not allowing me to get back to my room. Have to wait for help when I'm taking the luggage out down the stairs. Service has indeed got poorer since my last stay last sep

Great location, very close to the exhibition center. Good breakfast selections, having both western and local food (including Pho). Bed is a little bit hard, not the most comfortable one I had but it is acceptable. The front desk asked the staff to check room when I was checking out. I guess it is a common thing in Vietnam? But it may cause some extra time. ( my colleague and I waited about 10 minutes) So maybe people need to come to the front desk early during the peak time.

One of the inexpensive hotels with a swimming pool, which is why we chose it. Rooftop pool on the 5th floor. The water is clean. There are no sun beds, just swimming and sitting at a table. There is a shower-toilet and a changing room. It is open from 8 to 22.00. The rooms are clean and spacious. Water, tea, and coffee are replenished every day. They clean and change towels every day too. Breakfast from 7 to 9.00, one dish (soup, noodles, omelette) and one drink (tea/coffee) to choose from. Located in a quiet, beautiful area. way to the center( Saigon mall) by taxi is 20-40 min depending on traffic
