Stayed 1 night at this hotel to savour an Indigo in Vietnam. Like most Indigo hotels, this is funky, arty and modern in design. The entry was very welcoming and front service was personable. The room is clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Although my room faced the street, it was sound-proofed. I can observe the hotel's emphasis on sustainability, which I like. The gym and pool are brand new. The location is strategic, near to the fantastic food places and within walking distance to shopping and touristic spots. Yet away from the city crowd. For now, I could not have dinner at the restaurant because of partial opening. However, I enjoyed a bowl of tasty chicken pho at their Shipdeck for breakfast. The hotel is at the right size, permitting a sense of homecoming family feeling. I dislike huge hotels where hospitality is not personalised.

To be honest, the number of good reviews made me wonder if the reviews are real. After staying here, I'm glad to say it's definitely an excellent experience. Rooms are big and clean, towels and bedsheets are clean, breakfast selection is big and delicious, executive lounge food rotates daily and the drinks are great. 30 mins from district 1 and 15 mins from airport. Shower pressure could be better. Highly recommended.

first time booker to this hotel. its location is excellent. i can walk 10-20 min to many near by attractions. got a room on high floor. no balcony but has windows. nothing much to talk about the surrounding view. room/toilet/bath tub are all clean. They have connecting room type so if this is sth not in your favor; please request not to have it upfront. facility such as swimming pool and fitness room are fair. not their strong point. checkin staffs are fast with decent english. breakfast is great. i can have a choice of local fish noodle or western food...all of this positive comes with a price. this hotel (chain) is not cheap. overall is highly recommended

Stayed here for 4 nights was great location we were given a room Upgrade which was nice but our rooms were opposite a disco set up that pumped music all day and into the night this was a big let down did mention it to the staff. as we were out early we hope for early nights and good sleep. Breakfast good selection freshly made omelets and noodle broth soups . great size room would recommend to any one to stay here but ask for the left hand side for quieter rooms Great staff the city circler sight seeing bus stops right next to the hotel .

Excellent central location! The service was outstanding, from housekeeping to the doorman to the front desk. The staff spoke English well and were very helpful with directions and recommendations. We’ll definitely return to this hotel for its prime location and exceptional service.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the famous D. Bui Vien Pedestrian Street and Pham Ngu Lao Street, where there are many authentic restaurants and a carnival-like bar street. There are also casinos and major attractions nearby the hotel, making it ideal for both action and leisure. The hotel is decorated in a stylish style and feels warm and comfortable. There is a Jacuzzi, swimming pool and bar on the rooftop. The room was quiet. Only the bedside lacks electrical sockets and needs improvement. The receptionist is cold but efficient and can communicate in English.

The Cititel is a pleasant, fairly small hotel of 90 rooms. There's an old section and a new section to the hotel. I stayed in the new section, but as far as I know, the only difference between the two is that the lift and the corridors could do with some renovating. Everything is on a fairly small scale, but the room I had, a deluxe room, was a perfectly comfortable and nicely appointed one. I do have to say that I was somewhat shocked when I arrived to be told that I'd been booked into a room without a window! I was however changed to a room with a window, as small as it was. :D The hotel has a small pool, small rooftop deck and small workout area, but don't let that be a reason not to stay there. The atmosphere is cosy. The breakfast room is bright and spacious, and although it has the usual buffet fare, it's pleasant to have breakfast there. The staff members were all very nice and hospitable. One I will single out is Kha whose English is better than average. He enjoyed and understood a joke, and was helpful. If you meet him, let him know that I did mention him here as I promised I would.:D I've included a photo of him so that you know who he is. If you haven't been to Ho Chi Minh City before, this is a perfectly nice place to start. Ian

Tony and Hannah was awesome during the stay! I’ve had enjoyed their breakfast, how welcoming they are and most importantly Tony cooks great scrambled eggs! 🤣 The hotel is extremely clean, house keeping was constantly given. Wide variety of breakfast with juice and water, vending machines which can solve your needs and you could even clean your laundry with their laundromat here. Payments are easy using your room card and no need to carry cash around.
