Location - about 11 to 15 minutes to find food or cbd area/attractions.
The reception service was very good and helpful.
The room was okay. We got a room at level 3 - although it was quiet noisy from neighbouring rooms and external alarms. The refrigerator had an issue where 2x maintenance came to fix the problem.
Overall, it didn't meet our expectations as a 4-star hotel.
- No service allows no heat for our food (like microwave).
- Bottle water limited 1 day 1 bottle per person.
- No toiletry available. Need to call the reception for each item(s).
- No free parking (cost is Aud.35/day). Available free street parking starts from 6 pm to 8.30 am close by but very limited (2P 8.30 am-6pm) where you can pay online for the parking, no need to use the machine.

Excellent, hearty and warm service. The airport skybus stop is right in front of the hotel (frequency 40 mins, whole ride 25 mins from or to airport). Room and bed very comfy. Free bottle water and welcome cookies. The trash bins inside the room are too small however. Buffet breakfast is decent too. Locationwise, not the best. No restaurants or groceries nearby (just restaurants inside hotels). Need a bit of walk (5-10 mins) to reach the very centre where the shops are.

Every hotel staff provided services of high quality during the days i stayed. They are important parts of Hobart, where i am sure i will come again! I was luckily be upgraded to a mountain view room, every morning the first thing i did was to open the curtains wide to see the amazing mt wellington!

Really new and modern hotel. Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and the amenities are very nice to use.
Affordable hotel for the quality you are getting.
10/10 would stay again.

Loved the stay. The hotel was very new, the rooms are beautiful, clean and tidy. House keeping was good.
The bell boy in the afternoon had a big smile, friendly and very helpful.
Buffet breakfast was great too, it can get busy after 9am.
Convinient location to walk to the wharf or explore Hobart city. There is free parking on the street in the evening to avoid the $35 a day parking charge.

Great location, nice service , very convenient to everything! Plus the beds are very comfortable too. We had great time ! The team are so nice and helpful too . Can’t expect more !! 👍👍
