On this trip, my family of four was looking for a family-friendly room in Hohhot. Many we looked at only had small beds, but we found a room with twin beds (1.5 and 1.2 meters) at Atour. The service was excellent, the cleaning was prompt, and the front desk was fantastic! It completely changed my perception of Atour.

Atour Hotel is a perfect choice for budget-friendly luxury hotels. I recently became a Platinum member on GoTone, which gave me a 15% discount. With some added privileges, I was able to experience Atour Hotel for just 300 yuan, including breakfast for two. It's fair to say that Atour Hotel sells a lot of small comfort-enhancing items like pillows and mattresses, all driven by its reputation and philosophy. But being able to keep prices so low is a testament to its management philosophy. When we wanted to extend our stay, we realized we'd booked too late.

We chose the Yaduo Hotel in the city center, located on a street but not a major thoroughfare, making it quiet and convenient. The staff was friendly and patient. We experienced a power outage, but it didn't affect the room temperature, and the natural breeze from the open windows was even more comfortable. It's close to attractions like Dazhao Temple, Xiaozhao Temple, and the Five Pagodas Temple. The newly opened MixC is also right next door, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Hohhot isn't a large city, and there are bikes and electric bikes that accept scan codes at the hotel entrance, making it easy to get around. If you take a taxi from Hohhot East Station, it's about a half-hour ride. The hotel also has a rich breakfast. I had two steamed buns and didn't feel hungry until the afternoon, haha.
