The good hotel with friendly staffs. But they don’t speak English which is a problem to check in and it took at least 15-20min

Location is convenient but it is far from metro station. Hotel environment is clean and silent. I havent expected that hotel's manager speaks in English pretty well so that check-in process was quick.
But cleanliness of hotel and room is not good.

房子定的精緻公寓房。但是！一點不精緻！衞生差！設施差！攜程定房間N多年，第一次差評！不説虛的，椅子有，靠背掉了，水池有，臟的噁心，被套倒是乾淨，裏面的被芯又破又臟！房間裏沒有抽紙，給前台説了，拿來一卷廁紙，説沒有抽紙。。。如果不是已經預訂不方便再找，肯定退了！總而言之，給2分，這兩分是位置還行，在寬巷子對面。其他再沒什麼好。就這。

位置好的一級棒，去那都方便，就是因為五一路況不好太堵，由於趕的不好，房間空調壞了沒敢洗澡，大堂經理的服務態度很好，有問題積極配合解決，酒店衞生乾淨街景很棒，酒店馬路對面就是寬巷子，後面就是牛街，飯館和當地特色小吃都很多味道好，可惜胃內存不足，沒吃夠，下次再來呼市還選這家

酒店環境特別差，地上衞生間床縫裡都是灰，毛巾一點都不乾淨，都發灰髮黃了，酒店網也差，服務也差，熱水也不熱，水特別小，都沒法洗澡，服務人員態度也差，我們定了兩天房，第二天下午又通知我們酒店沒房了讓我們搬出去，説話一點也不客氣，真的是從來沒住過這麼差的酒店，差評差評差評

跟我在攜程上看的圖片有些不一樣，房間裏的窗户是壞的，還不敢亂動，怕把它弄壞。洗澡的噴頭是壞的，水衹有一點點。一路住那麼多酒店就這家差。
