We booked a three bedroom suite for three nights. The suite was spacious and clean. The swimming area was well maintained and very good for kids who just wanted to play in the water. The hotel was right next to the beach and the beach was clean and peaceful.
The breakfast buffet was pretty good. A good balance between western and Asian food. It got a bit crowded and it would be great if the place had air con.
The location is not bad. It took us around 40 minutes to get to Da Nang airport and around 20 minutes to go to Hoi An old town.
Overall, this is very good resort to spend a few days with young kids. At a very affordable price.

1. On 16/7/2022 when receiving the room, my room for 3 people needs to ask for an extra share to facilitate moving between members. The front desk staff said that the hotel with me only gave one key and did not agree to provide more to guests (this is the key of the word) 2. I wear a slipper to need to iron, the hotel does not have a service. 3. The phone call to the front desk is not clear. 4. On 17/7/2022 my whole family of 17 people departing to Hue at 8:30 am. Night 17/7/2022 the guide informed the hotel staff that the group had to leave early, so breakfast was needed to prepare at 6:30 am. However, when going down to the restaurant, the hotel has not yet opened and the service staff with a very bad attitude. 5. Staff are very rare smile, unprofessional, no quality in the hospitality industry.

It was very beautiful and comfortable. The location was great and it was great to see the city of Hoi An from the balcony! There was a little sound, but it was quite quiet and I didn't care at all. It was only a difficulty that the bed comforter was not allowed with a thin cloth like a sheet and the drain of the shower room was clogged, but there was the minimum necessary facilities, and it was clean and sufficient anyway. It can be recommended for women. There is no elevator, but there was a cargo elevator and it was fun.
Then, the facilities 々 were all very kind and really good! I want to see you again!
I want to use it when I come to Hoi An again!

Myself and my daughter had a wonderful stay , the owner and wonderful Mr CONG always helpful . We booked all our tours through him , he booked our tickets to Ba na Hills . Told us to down load the Grab App, rooms are reasonably priced so we got a room each for 7 nights . He also arranged our pick up from the airport , Some reviews said bathrooms needed a bit more attention to detail , but it was minor , remember you are not in Europe . Beds are hard but not a problem for us , spoke to other people staying elsewhere and they seemed to be the same , so maybe it’s standard unless you go 5 star . Beds changed every 2 days , but I’m sure Mr CONG would change more if that’s what you required . He runs the homestay himself and does all the cleaning , he is the most delightful host , and always smiling , we woke him up getting home very late one night and he was fine about it 😊 . Only about a 10 min straight enough walk to the river , you get a good nights sleep as the homestay is down a little street , my daughters room had a little balcony so it saved her having to go downstairs to have a cigarette . Fridge , kettle in the room , plenty of hot water at any time , shop down the way where you can get extra water milk etc. We used the grab app to get taxi to Cui Dai beach , there is also An Bang Beach beside it ,

It's good value for money
The old town is worth walking to.
The night market is also close by.
However, the facilities and cleanliness were a bit poor.

I don't know where to start! The staff is super friendly and really there for you. All you have to do is look askance and they will help you immediately. Music Chuong and Son certainly helped us fantastically! In addition, the bed was really wonderful, the food was great and we could get a bicycle for free and explore the city. Even if we wanted a scooter, they made sure it was delivered for us, so we didn't have to worry about this. All in all the best hotel in Asia so far! A big 10 and definitely recommended. Ps. The price is also super attractive & from this hotel you can also use a resort with a swimming pool on the beach for free to relax there

I chose this homestay away from the city but it was convenient to get to the ancient town. The host family is very friendly even though there is a language barrier. We experienced rain and sun in Hoi An and both days were perfect. We enjoyed the pool which also had floats. The room was big and spacious. Area is peaceful and view from room is serene. Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

I like this hotel very much. The hotel is very new and the decoration style is unique and exquisite. The presidential suite I stayed in this time had 3 small balconies. The hotel butler will also personally introduce the room and hotel facilities. The most important thing is that the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. At this price, you can only stay in ordinary rooms in 5-star hotels in China! I will definitely come again if I have another chance.

For about 500,000 won per night, you can live in a pool villa that will make you feel rich!
However, due to poor management during the Corona period, there are parts of the facility that are not well maintained compared to the year of construction. There is peeling of the wooden deck and discoloration of the fabric chairs. Facilities include billiards, table tennis, a kids' club, a gym, and a swimming pool, but compared to Korean resorts, the facilities feel a bit lacking, and it's a shame that there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.
The staff are all friendly and greet each other well. However, the English pronunciation was sometimes difficult to understand.
But it's good value for money and it's not crowded, so it's great for swimming! Also, the sea sunrise seen from the pool villa is really pretty~

Good cozy resort with good beach in front. Good service at restaurant & housekeeping. Front desk tries to push limits. We were perhaps given the worst possible sea view room first but then changed after we complained. Late check-out tp 1pm was also a negotiation.
