I highly recommend this hotel due to :-
Cleanliness, full of variety selection of breakfast and their mini bar is new and cold enough to keep my breastmilk cool. I even can ask for extra ice cube to keep in my cooler box to chill my breastmilk. They do provide shuttle bus to send guest to old town as well.
And thanks for the warm hospitality and services provided from Ame, Jay . Specially for Trung whi sent grab food to my room without my request (As I have stated my room number in the grab order)
It made my day wonderful. 10/10

Hotel is new and beautifully decorated. It is convenient to get to the old town. Receptionists Ame and Jay are very nice and helpful to guests. We stayed on the second floor and shower water seemed not strong enough. Overall, the hotel is good and highly recommended.

The team was incredibly welcoming, and Ame’s friendly and warm demeanor made me feel right at home. While it’s a boutique hotel, the rooftop pool is stunning, complemented by excellent spa facilities with a free steam room and sauna. Though not in the heart of the old town, the location is perfect for those seeking a quieter, more relaxed vibe, with a convenient shuttle to the beach and old town. The breakfast buffet was colorful and delicious, and the complimentary wine tasting and tea buffet were wonderful extras. This hotel exceeded my expectations and is perfect for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!

Great hotel, clean, great service, especially Ms Luna who attended us. The hotel provide free shuttle bus with advance booking (1 hour), most of them speak fluent English so no worry. 2 pool and suana. Discount given for spa and restaurant. Had the lobster and its good

This hotel is a gem. Everything ia perfect. From welcome to check in to check out. The custome3r journey is perfect. Grateful to Jessi and the rest of the team for all your assistance. I wanted to go back too. Much value for money

Very happy with the service provided by Jessi from the day we check in to check out . She is very attentive and friendly ! The hotel is very clean and spacious . Breakfast has a big variety and not busy . We will be here again if we are back in Hoian . Thank you Jessie for your service !

First of all, I would like to say that I never expected such a hospitality, the art work, atmosphere, and the staff politeness towards our family.
Special thanks to Ms. Luna, she even gifted our 1 year old some gift to bring back home, suggested nearby shops, some thing to do at our next stop.
