Place started off nice. Viky the owner was kind. Gave recommendations. Stayed a few extra nights because it was so relaxing. The last 48hrs were horrible though. Clothes came out wet smelling like mould after being washed. No apology, no attempt to try again and no refund. Pushy on trying the overpriced and bland food. Had to move rooms the last night which was straight up annoying. I'm on the back end of a cold so told her she needs to tell the others I'm sick Held my passport the entire time for no reason. Also an alarm beep went off every 30seconds the last night. Multiple complaints throughout the night but nothing was done. I'm not often harsh but this place went down quick and would not recommend Pool did look nice but the weather was shocking.

Me and my other half stayed here recently. We really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was cheap and cooked fresh for you, bikes were free to hire which made it so easy and cheap to travel into the town. Location is good. Staff are so welcoming and friendly and help you with planning your day and travel.

First of all:This is the place where you want to stay in Hoi An! We got an absolutely heartwarming welcome from Vicky where she introduced us to all you heed to know about Hoi An. From Restaurants to activities and sights, she got a place for everything! The rooms are ar super comfortable and clean with good maintained AC's and hot water (and I mean HOT) in the shower. You can get breakfast and food (freshly cooked) as well as Snacks, water, beer etc. For cheap prices. Also there are bikes available, for free. But you can also rent a scooter for a very reasonable price (120k VND). Oh Yeah, there even is a Pool! How great is that? Overall we can highly (!!) recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a Homestay to relax, socialise and just have a good time. ❤️❤️ In fact we stayed 2 days longer and we are writing this review still enjoying this beautiful room.

Nice place with friendly owner who helps a lot with renting a scooter or organise a bus to the next destination. We also were thankful to use the free bicycles. Thanks for the time.

Melody was superb. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, with an abundance of local recommendations. Free bicycle hire was awesome. As far as the facilities go, rooms were air conditioned and beds were clean. Very good value for what I paid. Would definitely stay here again!

Host (Viki) was lovely and more than helpful, she recommended many places around Hoi An and even let me borrow a bike to go exploring. Clean rooms and a good breakfast was a win. Would happily return.

If you come to Hoi An by motorcycle, you can choose to stay. It is only 2.6 kilometers away from the ancient town. The hotel also provides bicycles for free. The proprietress speaks good English and is easy to communicate with. The house price is not expensive, it is recommended. There is a kitchen, so it should be no problem to cook instant noodles or something.

The owner is very nice and friendly. They told me about recommended shops and places, and arranged for buses to take me to different cities. Motorcycle and bicycle rentals are also available. The location is in a quiet area. There are children running around, but it's not bothersome and doesn't bother me. Is the cute. My only regret was that there was no hot water in the shower, but the room was clean and I was very satisfied with everything other than the hot water.

Quiet location, affordable price, suitable for people who like quiet, with a jogging park.

It was a good accommodation. I like riding a bike, so I rented a bike for free and rode around here and there. Motorcycles are also available for rental! The owner is also very friendly.

Very cute accommodation Great atmosphere It is not far from walking street. There are bicycles to cycle around the city for free. Most importantly, the owner of the house is very friendly. very cute and well taken care of Can recommend restaurants and attractions as well. very impressed Cheap rooms but the best service I guarantee that you won't be disappointed when you go to stay. The city is nice and the people are lovely.
