The lot and pool are private, for the use of camper guests only.Enjoy our large plot of land, play soccer, volleyball or for cycling lovers, right outside there is a mountain bike trail widely used by lovers of this sport.Blue Bahia has a beautiful wooden deck with Gazebo in the patio with comfortable furniture, kitchen and BBQ for our guests to enjoy the place. Welcome to The Babanees, a quaint and cool, boho surfer style home located in the heart of desirable Puntas, Rincon. With over 20 windows inside, it makes for a beautiful airy and light space. Situated on the top of "Bummer Hill" the home has sweeping ocean views from almost every room. It is a three bedroom, one bath private house rental I took on the undertaking of rehabbing and designing the property myself. It’s boho surfer chic style holds a certain novelty that only a place like Rincon, PR could possess. The house has all brand new appliances. New stove, refrigerator, bath remodel, furniture, 50' screen TV with streaming capabilities, high-speed internet, and brand new inverter A/C. There is plenty of ventilation from the abundance of windows in the home. I have a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen ensure you are getting the cleanest and safest water. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. I’ve tried my best not to miss any details! I have a 300 gallon back up gravity water cistern. Please keep in mind that the water does frequently go out in Puntas. I have made it my job to ensure that when the city water turns off, my guests never go without water. My goal is to keep making this home better, cozier, and more unique. I wanted to create a space that will make you feel relaxed while on vacation. It’s more than just a place to sleep, it’s a home that exudes everything I love about the island and culture of Puerto Rico. In our New Remodeled Infinity Pool House you will enjoy a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a family room with a sofa bed, a Tv and a breathtaking pool view. The Master Bedroom and one of the guest's rooms have a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a King size bed. To ensure a great night's sleep, all our mattresses are memory foam. In addition, all rooms have a Tv and a closet.
