The room was very comfortable. The service when I arrived was less friendly and more official for what I used to get here. The girl at checkout however was very friendly. I didn’t get much sleep due to very noisy people after midnight.
The room was huge and every care has been taken to ensure you are comfortable. The sofa bed is slatted which means it is like a normal bed. The king bediss amazing, so comfortable. Apart from being on the outskirts of Dunedin (not very far) I could not fault this motel. There is a guest kitchen where you can prepare your own food and then you can join the other guests.
The owner was very helpful and could not do enough for us. Would stay again.
I don't know why other people have low scores, the environment and sanitation are OK, the cabin is in the jungle, there is no light pollution at night, the stars are very beautiful, and the price is much higher than the kiwicamp self-service camp we live in every day. Usually powered site is NZD40-80, the hotel backpacker also needs NZD20-40 per person, this price is very good. The wine at the gas station and the store is very low price, and the South Island is not lower than 3.1 per liter.
Providing a garden, White Oasis provides accommodations in Oamaru. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking, and free Wifi. Outdoor seating is also available at the vacation home.
The air-conditioned vacation home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. A private entrance leads guests into the vacation home, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies. The vacation home offers bed linen, towels, and laundry service.
There is an on-site snack bar, and during warmer months you can make use of the barbecue facilities.
The vacation home has a picnic area where you can spend the day outdoors.
Moeraki Boulders is 25 miles from White Oasis. Richard Pearse Airport is 59 miles away.
The hotel is close to the city center, cleaned every day, shared toilets/bathrooms are clean. There is a lounge area with TV, refrigerator, dishes, tea, vending machines - it is convenient! The only disadvantage was that the ventilation was not working well (saved by an open window) and the lock didn't work. The door to my room was open all the time. When I wanted to complain to the administrator - he was no longer there. But, on the whole, the price corresponds to the quality!
We chose this hotel because we expected to enjoy its winery/food. Otherwise, we should have stayed in Queenstown with a lot of restaurants and pubs.
As we would arrive in the early evening, we put a note for our hope for experiencing their winery and food (or at least finger foods) when we booked the hotel, and received email that they cannot guarantee but will do their best to serve our need. Since then, no email was sent to us. When we arrived at the hotel around 6 pm, no one was in the information desk, so we had to go to the bistro to find out that they left the key in a safe box without any notice or sending us any email with its password. We had to wait a while for the bistro lady to make a phone call to whom it concerns, which was okay. Worse, we heard that their bistro was reserved for a group event so we could not use the facility at all. We had to drive 15 minutes to a nearby town and bought foods from a supermarket. I think the hotel should have notified us of impossibility of using their bistro/food service due to the group event and we have to prepare for our food. As I checked out, I left a note about the issues, and expected they would send me an email to express their sincere apology. Unfortunately nothing happened so far. Although I liked the room as well as the whole place very much, I think Kinross cottage needs professionalism to run their stay program. It could have been much nicer, memorable stay experience.
Very good, Petter was very enthusiastic, introduced us to the farm and accommodation as soon as we arrived, and also took us to feed the lambs. Our whole family is very satisfied. A few days after leaving, we are all missing this wonderful place. If it goes well, I highly recommend everyone to stay. The farm is on the way to Danidine, and it is 2 hours drive from Danidine.
It is a lakefront hotel, making it easy to enjoy a walk around Queenstown. Although the accommodation is older, it’s kept clean and tidy. The reception was a bit hard to find, so you need to drive slowly to avoid missing it. We were lucky enough to stay on a lower level, which meant fewer stairs to access our room. The only downside was some noise from next door—guests seemed to enjoy karaoke until midnight, which was a bit bothersome. Nonetheless, it’s a nice hotel to stay at for a family of five.

GGuest UserEnjoyed a lovely stay at Te Wanaka during our stop over at Wanaka. Staff took the initiative to facilitate a late check-in when we arrived late from our travel over from Mt Cook. We loved that our room had a balcony, but shame that we couldn't open it at night due to all the river flies that get attracted to the light. Of note, the room does not have fan nor aircon, but wasn't too much of a hassle as it was rather cold during our stay here. Otherwise, the room was really comfortable and toilets were clean. Plenty of good food choices too that are just a short walk away from our accommodation! Great stay for anyone planning to stop over in Wanaka

AABI UWAISThis Holiday Park was very clean for us and a child. The facilities provided here exceed expectations where there is a place to cook.
A very strategic location with the town of Queenstown only walking distance to the beautiful lake.
The staff here are also very helpful by providing advice to us where we plan to go skiing and are advised to go early in the morning with the weather forecast being quite good in the morning at 10.00 am.
GGuokerufeng1973The location is very good. It's about a 5-minute walk from the central area. It's very convenient, but it's close to the road and can be a bit noisy! The hotel is standard for ordinary motels. The facilities are very simple and have what you should have. It is very convenient to stay for one night before catching a flight. It is very close to the bus stop No. 1 to the airport, about 5-10 minutes walk! We landed in Queenstown and stayed there for three days during the holidays, and then flew out of Queenstown on the last day to stay at this hotel for one day. We felt that the prices were about the same, but there was still a gap in conditions.
SShanntjfReally pleased with my stay, location wise is near to gondola and to city center, pretty accessible. Side note: it is a workout going to the accommodation, good to burn calories with the slope. Amenities wise is alright. Good for families to stay at the loft and for backpackers as well.
MMarcusReally lovely homestay boutique hotel. Room was lovely and spacious with great attention to detail. Bathroom and amenities are great. Breakfast and staff are lovely and although more expensive than some hotels it is easy to see why. Would love to stay again.
SSasheCleanliness was great. Delicious breakfast provided too. The rain shower head was fantastic. No tissue box in room and no lake view. Overall it is a great stay and worth the overnight experience in dome.
