Best location.. Located in the heart of the city.. Hot water available.. Very close to MTR and bus stop. Never felt too long from the airport.. Just one bus direct to the hotel. Value for money.

Place is very convenient

I had a very disappointing stay at this guesthouse in Hong Kong. Upon arrival, we were left waiting for 20 minutes as there was no staff present. The owner was impolite and lacked basic customer service skills, making us feel unwelcome. The situation further escalated at checkout when there is no staff in attendance and they were hesitant to return our deposit, only doing so after we mentioned involving the police. I advise against staying here; it could negatively impact your Hong Kong experience

It's owned by an Indian, and the hygiene standards are a bit worse than domestic hotels, so don't expect service as long as you can communicate well. All in all, it was a mistake to choose here.

I tried to contact the property before arrival and both methods of communication there was no response. The phone number didnt even exist although they say before arrival to let them know you will be arriving 24 hours or more. When you try and follow their check in instructions and there is no response it becomes frustrating.

I just waste money and time to this hotel, he said they have locker storage for luggage is nothing or liar and the property owner is giving you a different room is not the same room you book and he said i have to pay again for additional because the kid age is said is adult but when you book is kid age, what a waste money to this hotel, dont go to this hotel

Room quite small and can hear all sort of noise as the wall is quite thin.

The station was right in the middle of the city, so it was very convenient. The staff were also kind. I was able to find it relatively quickly as I had read reviews saying it was difficult to find. It's not a hotel, but rather a room sharing hotel. The building itself seemed to have several rooms for rent. I had received an email from the inn beforehand, so I looked for it thinking it must be somewhere on the 8th floor, so I think I found it right away. The room wasn't that big and there were no sheets as per the information. The towels were thin and there was only one slightly small bath towel. Since it wasn't cold, I used the towel as a sheet and slept without any comforter. The shower is above the toilet, and if you don't leave the toilet paper outside, it will get wet. I don't think it would be a problem if you really just go to bed and wake up for a few days and think of it as a budget trip. I do not recommend staying thinking of it as a hotel.

staff are very rude especially the pakistani man who handling.we book 2couples and that indonesian who check in us she want one person only to stay in our room to stay.and she giving us very small room and dirty towels that is used already.there bedsheets are not clean so many stain and toilets are very dirty.

The onwer is racist he kick me out all because I'm black men he said I'm dirty black me I'm not welcome on is hotel I'm *********er he kick out without refund that's terrible hotel they're bed sheet is dirty even towers and the Room is very small only God will judge him I leave because I don't like trouble

The room was much smaller than photo. Barely enough room to get my suitcase in the room. No useable electrical outlets. The room is a few inches larger than the bed. Waited 20 minutes for the guy with the key to arrive. For $60 ??? This is nuts. The location was good. Service was non existent. Elevator stops working at midnight. It’s a bed and toilet. No more than a prison cell.

Small size room and bed, ok for a single guy who wants to stay near TST area. 5 mins walking distance to Victoria harbor. The building is next to the Chungking mansion, people who don’t want to stay in Chungking mansion, this could be a option.
