The location is great, right next to the City of Arts and Sciences, and not too far from the old town and the beach. Good value for money.

The room was bright and the king-size bed was soft and comfortable, although two beds pushed together would be a bit small. The hotel staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. It's conveniently located near major attractions and transport links, making it easy to get around. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.

The queen room we had were slightly smaller, in terms of size, but clean and neat. Bathrooms were good and the breakfast was great. Within 10 minutes to major landmarks.

Kind and friendly staff. Room is spacious enough for a business trip, with good variety of amenities including nespresso machine, kettle, bath amenities (incl. conditioner and body cream) and toothbrush but no slippers or bath robe. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent; there are buses right outside to the old town. There are many restaurants nearby. There's also a large shopping mall within a 5-minute walk. The service was excellent. I'm a Marriott member, but I didn't book through the Marriott system. The front desk also gave me a welcome drink. I cut my foot and went to the front desk for iodine and gauze; they told me to just make a call and they would bring them up. Picture 2 is a street view from the room. Overall, a very good experience.

There's a shopping mall and supermarket nearby, as well as free parking. It's located on the edge of the city, very close to Science City, within walking distance.

The room was too small; I couldn't even turn around. I don't know what Europeans are thinking—such high prices for such poor rooms. There's so much land, and so few people; can't they build better hotels? I suggest our fellow Chinese go and change their ways, let them know what a good hotel is, and how dare they charge such exorbitant prices! It's absolutely not worth the price! Also, the room's internet was terrible, utterly unacceptable. Marriott is awful.

The hotel has a great location in the bustling city center, very close to the British Department Store, and there are shopping malls nearby that are within walking distance. The environment is nice, and the service is good, but the facilities are a bit old.

This is a relatively old hotel in Valencia, and the facilities are a bit outdated, but the overall environment is still good. I would stay here again next time. The cleanliness is okay, the service staff are also quite nice, and the location is excellent, very close to the shopping mall.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Our room and another room had a door that could be opened. When we went to change rooms, they said they had no rooms available but could lock the door for us. Parking cost money, but they said it wasn't their responsibility when our car was scratched. I told them I had taken a picture of the license plate of the car next door and asked them to check who checked in, but they said they couldn't find it???
