I was not expecting too much, but the hotel fell short of expectations. The absence of a reception desk and the language barrier with the contact number added to the initial frustration. The slow Wi-Fi proved to be a significant inconvenience. On a positive note, the cleanliness of the premises and the peaceful silence were commendable aspects of the stay.

The hostel is in an excellent location! Only a short walk from Mong Kok metro station and very close to Ladies Market. The owner was friendly and helpful when we arrived, and allowed us to leave our bags for a few extra hours after check out.
The room was clean with working air on and WiFi, and was quiet despite the close proximity to bustling Nathan Road.

The landlord is very nice, and the management lady is also very helpful (teaching me how to take the A21 to the airport), and she even automatically helped me change to a larger double room! The room is very clean, and boiling water for washing is very convenient! I boarded the plane smoothly the next morning, thanks to my sister for her help!

I got my card on the 20th floor and checked in on the 12th floor. The front desk was on the 14th floor. There were different elevators on the 3 floors. One elevator could not go directly to the first floor. I had to change the elevator again. The name of the hotel I actually stayed in was different from the one I booked.
