I don’t often write reviews but this time I will. Great location, extremely friendly staff that speak English, Mandarin and of course Cantonese. The housekeeping staff were great and friendly. Especially the lady that cleaned our 2707 room on 13/05/25 was so kind to my girlfriend who was suffering from sunburns. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The only two things that need change is that the doors slam closed really loudly and woke us up a few times and the showers don’t have doors so the bathroom can get wet.
Ps: sorry for the messy room photos, we were checking out and I realized I didn’t take any photos yet.

Our room was upgraded since it’s my boyfriend’s birthday, which was very nice of the hotel as the original room did not have a sea view. The room is so clean and the mini bar has quite many drinks. It’s so sweet that the hotel wrote a birthday card to my birthday and a little cupcake was offered. Overall, it’s a very nice and satisfying experience. Looking forward to visiting again!

Been staying here countless times due to the price of a Harbour view room is one of the more well priced hotels around the area. Their free minibar throughout the stay is also another draw for me. Hotel is run and managed by the PolyU behind and you could see many young students either on intern or full time in all departments.
The suite is well sized and designed with views of the harbour from the corner of the room. Bathroom is large with a bathtub. Their pool on the 9th floor is also another highlight offering stunning views
Breakfast was either at the club lounge on the 28th floor or at the market on the 2nd floor. The club lounge is by far the superior in terms of ambiance and food quality though a smaller menu on offer comparing at the market
