The area is in good location for quiet area. If you want a hotel with 10-15mins walk to the subway, main shopping center or restaurants, I will recommend this place, the hotel is a bit old but the room is quite big compare to other hotels at the same rate. The amenities are usual. Overall, i enjoyed staying in this hotel.

I’m traveling with my family, we choose the regal kowloon because it was near to the MTR station, avenue of stars, star ferry, there’s a children playground nearby and halal italian restaurant exactly next to the hotel. The room has a bathtub and enough space for everyone. a very good choice for your family trip!

I have been to this hotel several times, but last one was in 2019, 5 years ago. Now I returned getting the occasion for a day in HK during my business trip and I found it a bit worst: no more the variety and good quality of toiletries which I was used to find in the room. Moreover the room was quite cold with about 18 degrees and no chance with the air conditioning system to make the temperature more comfortable.

Very dirty room, full of dust and bath very dirty. We complained and we were changed to a different room in similar conditions. Breakfast, the worst we ever had. Good location
