It is clean. The staffs were friendly, especially the uncle by the door is very friendly and accommodating. The room is big and better than similar room at that price range. I got a slight hiccup where the receptionist gave me a downgraded room, I’m sure it is unintentional mistake, but have to go down again to switch room. They do not provide a water bottle, and the indoors slippers are as thin as a paper. But again, the room is spacious.

Very close location and clean environment. Perfection choice and good value if you want something easy and simple.

Take adapters for sockets, there are no USB ports in the sockets here. There is a wine cabinet, but there is no wine, bring it with you (joke).

There is a Airport CityFlyer bus stop across the street which makes it quick and easy to go to and from HK Airport.

We Enjoyed our stay here at best western hotel.Spacious room and bathroom polite staff and clean room. The hotel is located in an easy-to-find location and accessible via taxi or public transportation such as buses and trams. We had an experience of a hassle-free check-in process also no deposit needed.I booked the hotel through Trip.com for 5 day stay.The hotel staff is proficient in communication. Great value for money. A little away from central but nice to see local area. Dated furnishings but clean and comfortable. Fantastic shower and comfortable bed so what more do you want!Great bakery next door with local seven-11 and starbucks.overall we had a great stay and will deffenitly book again here.

Please check the address before booking, theyve got alot of bracnhes in hk. Learned the hard way so the location that i booked was not very accessible unlike the first location that i was planning to book. Anyway the hotel staff cannot help because i booked via third party so they dont bother.

The hotel really needs a refurbish the carpet and all the amenities are really really old , but on the plus side it has a very good room size and an amazing location with many transport options.

Staying in Western District where transport is cheap easy and convienant The hotel is quiet with rooms being a comfortable size No shoe box room .Rates vary due to different things happen in the market but I got s suite for HKD401 Beat that!!!

Hotel rooms are big for Hong Kong. The air conditioning works well. Lots of storage for luggage. Beds are comfortable and clean. The biggest problem is the room does smell of mold. It would be helpful to install a dehumidifier

Ok, the location is second to none! Just in front of the tram station, which will take you to central, the MTR nearby, and all the buses you can think of. But I think it would be a great favor to the community of travelers if the hotel could close for 12 months for a thorough renovation. Everything is screaming refurbishment or, instead, an extreme makeover. The lifts are not squeaking, but they look so old, and the carpet is disgusting inside the rooms. The shower is obviously a mobile one, which was put there for convenience. Yes, the rooms are big, like in the old days. But this doesn't compensate for the feeling of uneasiness. Things are just too old, too used, too dirty.

Room was bigger than expected. The hotel is in the middle of two subway stations, the best one to use is HKU.

It’s an old hotel but very well maintained. Service is good and location is great - easy access to whatever you need. Most importantly, the room size is bigger than average hotel nearby. Good value for short stay.
