Good location. Staff are friendly. But the toilet can be better.

The hotel was clean, but the bathroom was far from the room and there was noise from the street side

When I was booking, I was not a were that the room was a shared room with bunckbed, afterwards I booked for two adults male and female and they were expected us to sleep on bunck bed. I have to pay extra £43 to change the room, unfortunately I have never in my life seeing an hotel with shared toilet and bathroom with another room. This was my experience and it is a bad one. I regretted booking such hotel. It will be better if they make it clear for innocent people like me so that they will know what they are expecting.

The location is really nice, it’s near the Winterfest Market (Christmas Market). Only for 5 minutes walk. The bed is clean and private. Shower room is also very clean. The only disadvantage is the pub next to the hostel, it played the music loud until midnight. For me it was fine, but for someone who need absolutely quiet space will be the problem.

Been there many times and staff are friendly and easy access to city centre although the bar is just downstairs and could be noisy at times but apart from that everything is good and worth it.

Friendly staff, Clean lounge, toilets corridors and the rooms. I will be definitely coming again soon.

It's a nice place to spend the night - the rooms are well maintained. The only down side is there is club downstairs that plays really loud music and can be heard in the rooms but I wouldn't read a lot into it. Overall, great place to stay.

The hostel is situated in the heart of Glasgow, perfect for exploring the city by foot and it’s close to the subway station. Friendly staff, great lobby area to hangout.

Absolutely avoid! Hostel on the first floor, ground floor occupied by a disco bar which plays loudly on the sound system until 4 a.m.... Impossible to sleep. The hostel provides earplugs... Smell of incense or moth repellent in the room. In the evening, cold or lukewarm shower but then door without lock, your choice. Comfortable bed and pillow. No air conditioning.

This is the third youth hostel I have stayed at. The experience this time was terrible. The room booked by Ctrip was originally for 8 people, but the hotel arranged us into a 12-person room. The bed is on the third floor and you cannot sit on it at all. You have to get in and out. , and the attitude of the front desk was very indifferent, especially towards Chinese people, especially those with average language skills. Ctrip was very active in handling this matter and compensated several hundred yuan, but this hotel does not recommend Chinese people to stay. And there is no kitchen or breakfast. It needs to be booked in advance. He buys it from outside and heats it. All in all, it was a bad experience. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the lobby and rooms. There are very few toilets and showers. There are only 3 toilets on one floor, which are used by at least 100 people. What do you think?
