The hotel was in perfect location far away from the bustling area. We went to celebrate our anniversary however, the beginning we stepped we felt unwelcome from the staffs working in front office. Basic amenities like lotion, cotton buds were not provided and when we asked in the customer service, they told that they do not provide such. The timing for pools were weird though. Not going back to this again.

I have stayed in the hotel on 18 - 20 / 5 / 2025. A great way to experience a quieter side of Hong Kong with tropical vibes and a slower pace. The room is spacious and well maintained. We had a Seaview room which was well appreciated.  it would be better if the carpets are removed from the room as they are dated and unnecessary for a beach location spacious bathroom is spacious. Shower has really good pressure. The bed is firm and 2 are satisfaction pillows are soft and fluffy drinking water is provided by fountains around the resort. Really enjoyed our stay here  it was a shame that  we were not entitled to use the free shuttle service into town as they are for guest who booked directly with the hotel which seemed a bit unfair.

The room was clean . But the hotel deco is a bit dated. Service is good. They have shuttle buses to the West Kowloon station which is really convenient.

We booked a Twin room with a balcony. The room is spacious. Although the room was located on 1/F, it was still quiet. The customer service was quite considerable as there was a check-in waiting area, with water provided and TV.

We have enjoyed our stay at Gold Coast hotel as returning guests. We had young children with us this time and it was a child friendly hotel. The kids looked forward to stay with us in this hotel and explored everything thing what the hotel has on offer. The Gym, the pool, the nearby Gold Coast Plaza.
Much better than the previous stay last week when the AC broke down and we had to move hotel rooms in the middle of the night or sweat away in a high temperature room.
A wonderful stay this time and we will be back

Overall very pleasant. Water refill available on each floor is nice. Good options of items in vending machine is very warm and caring!! Love the beach also the neighbourhood restaurants! Had a great time here during Easter. ; )
