The hotel facade is small but its location is excellent, easily visible right outside MTR North Point A1 exit. There are many small shops and restaurants around, and a shopping mall directly opposite. The front desk provides disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. The room is small, but perfectly fine for one person, and the view from the window is nice.

Hygiene: The bath towels were unclean, which caused me to break out in red rashes all over my body. For everyone's health, I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

This hotel is truly terrible, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I paid nearly a thousand HKD for this Ibis, and the moment I stepped into the room, I was hit by an overwhelming smell of mildew. The windows were sealed shut. When I turned on the tap in the bathroom, the water came out cloudy and murky. Throughout the night, I kept itching in bed, making sleep a real struggle. I suspect the room is damp, breeding mold and mites, which has already affected my health. The facilities are old, damp, and moldy, and the hygiene is completely unacceptable – a huge discrepancy from what was advertised. For the same price, you could easily choose another hotel. Visitors to Hong Kong should definitely avoid this one.

Due to Typhoon Dolphin, I had to spend two days in Hong Kong. The hotel was generally fine, no complaints except for the price. There was no self-service laundry room, but they offered a paid laundry service, so I ended up finding a coin-operated laundromat on the street.

I felt the price was good for the location, and it was very clean. It was also very quiet. I'd come back here again next time.

The bathroom floor and mirror were sparkling clean, and even the towels were folded perfectly, making me feel very comfortable and at ease. The service was also a big plus. The front desk staff checked me in quickly and proactively informed me of the breakfast times and Wi-Fi password. Seeing me with quite a few bags, she thoughtfully directed me to the elevator. Check-out was also very polite, leaving me with a pleasant feeling. The only minor drawback is that the room size was indeed a bit small. After opening my suitcase, there wasn't much space to move around. It's perfect for one person, but it might feel a little cramped for two people with large luggage. However, considering the location and value for money, this minor flaw is completely acceptable. I will definitely prioritize staying here again for my next business trip or vacation in this area!

As a long-time Ctrip user, I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly terrible. 1. **Serious hygiene issues:** The day after checking in, my arms (the parts exposed by my short-sleeved shirt) broke out in a dense rash that was incredibly itchy. A doctor diagnosed it as contact dermatitis, likely caused by unclean bedding or detergent residue. 2. **Severely shrunken room size:** The website stated 16 square meters when I booked, but the actual room felt like it wasn't even 10 square meters. This 'what you see is not what you get' feeling was awful. 3. **Regarding platform follow-up:** Ctrip customer service called twice in the first two days – I missed one call because I was in a meeting, and another had no sound due to a bad connection. However, there was no follow-up after that, no text messages, and no calls at other times. As a loyal user, I'm quite disheartened. Overall, both the hotel itself and the platform's follow-up left me very disappointed. I hope the platform genuinely investigates and addresses this, rather than just letting a long-term user's issues go unresolved.

Got a free upgrade to a sea-view room on the day. The room was clean and quite spacious, the bathroom was spotless, and the location was convenient for getting around.
