Location is perfect, MTR (Jordan Station) is under the hotel. Restaurant nearby is good (Yung's roasted duck). We wi definitely coming back.

Porters are arty alert upon our arrival and quickly assist with our luggages. Housekeeper that served us on 26 March 2025 is also very swift in her doings. Your staffs are polite and helpful. Will come again when I visited HK.

We decided to make an overnight stay in this hotel since our flight was scheduled to arrive in Hong Kong late in the evening. The hotel is located in the bustling areas of Tsim Sha Tsui and West Kowloon, with rich tourist attractions, and a variety of convenient public transportation options (bus, MTR, taxi). It took us less than half an hour by express train from airport to Kowloon (150HK$ for 2) and a few minutes by taxi to the hotel. The room is non-smoking, clean and very quiet even our room is just on fifth floor with a window view of the busy traffic streets. The hotel staff are always helpful in dealing with our baggages from the time we arrived to the time we departed. This becomes much much easier for customers to move their bulky baggages up and down of the front steps of the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants in minutes walk distance and we like Cantonese dim sums. Moreover, it is appreciated that this hotel provides a free luggage deposit after checkout at noon and we could go out for a relax lunch before heading for high speed train station at 3pm. We will choose this hotel again for our next visit of Hong Kong. Merci beaucoup. Au revoir.

Locatiin is excellent on Nathan Road. Check In and Out are always easy. Complementary drink is well prepared and thoughtful for traveller's lifestyle. Excellent services on taking care of luggage. Will come back again.

I booked this hotel because it is just located at the Jordan MTR station which do not require us to walk much / climb much of the staircase, to reach the destination especially when I am bringing my mum around. However, the escalator was malfunction for two days which my mum is required to climb the stairs.
The room is spacious which I like. However, the points are deducted due to the cleanliness. The carpet looks old and mouldy, other than these are fine for me.
The location is superb as we took bus most of the time which is more convenient than taking a train.
Conclusion, I will still recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Great location with MTR at underground of hotel. Room size is good larger than other hotel. Great thing that hotel provide some amenities and beverage as free of charge.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for traveling around hong kong! It has its own metro station(jordan)! The room is very clean and large compared to other room types of other hotels in hong kong! Will absolutely book it again🥰
