The room was very clean and tidy, and it was a very good experience. It is very convenient to go anywhere. I will choose to stay here again next time.

It took me a while to find the hotel when I exit via Tin Hau station. I find that it will be easier
to reach the hotel if go via Causeway Bay station Exit F. The room space can be small if you have big luggage. Medium size luggage is just nice. Room is clean and I slept well. Receptionists are helpful.

This was by far the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting. The shower had a terrible smell, there were hairs everywhere, and even used contact lenses (not ours!) were left on the table. The carpet was stained and gave off a nauseating odor that filled the entire room. It was unbearable.
The photos on the listing are completely misleading—nothing like what we saw when we arrived. Hygiene was clearly nonexistent. We requested extra towels and received them with hairs on them, which was just unacceptable. We complained about the condition of the room and asked to be moved to another one, but our request was denied and the staff didn’t even apologize. The lack of basic cleanliness and customer care was shocking. Do not book this place. It was a huge disappointment and a serious health concern.

Boutique hotel at great location. The room is small as expected but it was comfortable and quiet. Decor is stylish with wooden panel and bedside reading lamp.

The place is close to tram and mrt which made our commute easier. Unfortunately, it is too far from disneyland. The hotel was clean and neat. However, the room is small and too tight. The receptionist seems friendly because they gave us extra bath towel during our stay. No free bottled water so you need to buy from the convenience store. They have free hot drinks at the ground floor near the elevator lobby. Though we only found out later because we were never brief upon check in. Too sad. There also self service laundry in the hotel. Overall, I am satisfied with our stay.

Elysion Hotel is quite strategic and near the bus stops. Many food sellers around.
What I like the most about the room is the window with amazing view. For Hong Kong hotels standard, Elysion's room is quite big.
Staffs are friendly.
