I stayed here for one night before, and aside from the room being a bit small, I thought the location was pretty good. It's very convenient for dining and shopping, and not far from Temple Street. There are several airport shuttle buses nearby, with the station only about a hundred meters from the hotel. I ended up extending my stay for two more nights.

The soundproofing in the room facing the street wasn't great, and there was a noticeable musty smell. However, the owner was always very enthusiastic and helpful whenever I needed anything. For the price, especially in a busy area of Hong Kong, it's already excellent value for money.

Response from Property: Thanks for the review 🙏 Maybe it's because of the rainy weather in Hong Kong lately.

Overall, it's pretty good, decent actually. It's quite good value for money and very close to the city center. Jen is super convenient for getting around Tsim Sha Tsui, with plenty of MTR stations, restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. The room is a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person. I stay here often and hope the cleanliness can be improved.

Response from Property: Thank you, we will continue to improve our cleanliness to ensure our guests are most satisfied. (Perhaps the wood grain on the floor didn't feel right.) 🙏😀

The location is super convenient, right outside Jordan MTR station. It's about a 10-minute walk to West Kowloon, and not far from the Avenue of Stars. There are also plenty of shops downstairs for easy shopping. All in all, the price is quite reasonable for what you get.

The room was very clean, and the bedding and towels were spotless. Although the room wasn't huge, it was still very comfortable. The location is also super convenient, with a 7-Eleven, Temple Street, and the MTR station right downstairs.

Great location and even better service! The staff were so polite and made me feel very welcome. The location is perfect for walkers and very easy to find. The only downsides were that the room was a bit small and the cleanliness could be improved. If you're looking for a simple, friendly place to sleep, this is a solid option.
Response from Property: Thank you 🙏

It’s ok averagely. The business who contacted clients was patient and nice, gave client very effective and informative directions regarding how to get to the place. The location is convenient to get to.The cons:when you need to use the phone charger you have to let the bathroom light on,the noise insulation was bad, you would feel like you sleeping right under a bathroom. Noisy.  But I guess you get what you paid for
Response from Property: The electrician connected the power outlet in one room to the bathroom power outlet, which is why you have to turn on the light to charge your device. However, there's another outlet at the foot of the bed that allows you to charge your device without turning on the light.

The hygiene was terrible, and the towels had a foul, damp smell. Using them made my hands itch and left a red rash on my skin. The bathroom in the room was incredibly noisy; whenever someone upstairs used water, the gushing sound was so loud it disturbed my rest. Despite being on a higher floor with many people using water, there was a glass window that couldn't be opened, and the constant dripping sound from outside was exceptionally loud, again disturbing my sleep. I requested a different room, but the new one had the exact same gushing noise in the bathroom. When I asked the owner if I could switch again, he refused and started yelling at me. I ended up calling the police. Once he knew I had called them, the owner fled. By the time the police arrived, he was gone. I will never stay here again. It felt like I was donating money to fix their rooms. The red rash on my hand still hasn't gone away.

Response from Property: Hello, guest. First of all, you were calling me crazy. I didn't curse you until you left. When you checked in, you were allowed to choose three rooms. If you weren't satisfied, you wouldn't have extended your stay for another day. It was because you used my washing machine for one piece of clothing that I told you you should have asked me, but I didn't curse you. You got angry because I didn't let you use the washing machine, and this is how you react. You're making baseless accusations against me. Also, I don't know you called the police. It's my job, and I do many things, not to avoid you. The red color in the photo—what did you do yourself? If there was such a big red color when you checked in, you would have noticed it and told us. It's your fault, not mine. You've been calling me crazy. Also, this photo isn't even from our hotel.

The location is fantastic, super close to the MTR station; Jordan Station is right downstairs. For the price, the cleanliness is quite good too. They even provided us with a British standard power adapter, which was a pleasant surprise. The host was very warm and welcoming!

First thing, you're not booking this place for ambiance or amenities...it's location and price, period. Nice Hong Kong hotels are never cheap. Also, if space is something important to you, maybe should research Hong Kong some more before booking. This place is cramp, but at least you don't have to share a bathroom with strangers. That said, the location is great. You're in the middle of everything...shopping, restaurants, transportation. You can walk all the way to the scenic harbor in about 20mins. There's an MTR station right out front of the entrance. Even walking to the Mong Kok shopping area isn't too far. This hotel isn't for everyone, but is good if you're traveling on a budget and have simple needs.
Response from Property: 謝謝🙏

The room environment was terrible. The extractor fan was incredibly noisy, and the hotel staff were very rude. I paid over 400 for a room for my family, but the staff maliciously switched them to a much cheaper room, worth around 100, which had no windows and constantly smelled like sewage. When my elderly family members complained to the staff, they were met with a dismissive 'Do you even know Hong Kong? How could there be a window?' This was truly infuriating!

Response from Property: Hello, we would never treat our guests like that. If you booked a single room, all of them are windowless and have been noted. We couldn't possibly sell a single room for only 100+ yuan; we wouldn't even make our profit. Prices are even higher during holidays. Perhaps this guest is trying to prevent you from canceling your booking by smearing our hotel. We always treat our guests with great friendliness.

Location was excellent but the room is not the one in the photos when I booked online. Thanks for the free WiFi.
Response from Property: 是的這間比照片中的床和空間更大點 The one without the photo is slightly larger than the one with the photo.

The location is great (couldn’t be better). The room (for 2 persons) was small (already for one person), but it offers what you basically need: a place to sleep. The bed itself was okay. The airco wasn’t working while the outside temperature was quite hot. The shower is small but works as it should. Everything you need to closebye: transport, restaurants, 24/7 shops, ATM, breakfast an md anything else you need. For the location itself I would consider to return but a larger room for a little bit more would also be considered. For a couple of days it’s a nobrainer.
Response from Property: Okay, next time you can make a note to try and arrange a room with more space. Our king-size beds are usually 1.5 meters wide, while in Hong Kong they're generally 1.2 meters wide. The air conditioning is fine; you might not know that you need to turn on the air conditioner switch first, and then use the remote to turn it on. Thank you! 🙏
