The hotel is in the center of Waikiki. A lot of shops and restaurants are nearby.I The beaches are 100 meters away. The famous hotels Moana Surfrider and Hyatt Regency are across the street. Royal Waikiki Center is a beautiful mall nearby. There are a lot of luxury retail stores and restaurants in the mall.

Nice location, but bit loud due to noise from outside. Nice view also.

Rooms very dated and need update, several mystery charges to my visa after we checked out too. Pool area and staff were very pleasant.

Such a wonderful location. The hotel is a little older but rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff can't do enough for you. There are ABC stores all around for anything you may need. The lobby is beautiful. We didn't use the pool as we preferred to swim at the beach which is just across the road.

Very good experience. Friendly staff, very clean environment.

Not value for money and resort fees are a joke!! Got a noise complaint but this was due to my daughter arriving from Canada, who I had not seen for 2 mths and we were so excited to see each other hence the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in adjoining rooms. Don’t stay at the back of the hotel as the air conditioners from an adjacent building are too loud and the next door people were worried about myself and daughter talking loudly. Instructions on how to work the coffee machine would be an advantage, I don’t know why there couldn’t be a good old kettle for tea and coffee. This is a hotel that need to get with the 21st Century, the phone system is old, the decor is old, the bathroom is old and god knows what we were sleeping on and did I say resort fees are a joke, resort fees for what, a go pro, portable wifi and beach towels. Waikiki is a beautiful place to stay but it is exploited be high end hotel fees and resort fees, which are not worth it.

Good value most of the year except those high season times. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Pool is small and very deep not so good for kids or inexperienced swimmers. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Charged a "service fee." This is a horrible trend in the US.
