When we arrived for check-in they “couldn’t find” our reservation. I had a printout of the confirmation which miraculously corrected the inability to “find” the reservation. Then we were required to pay a $50 security deposit and a $25 resort fee. This is not a resort. It is a hotel with a small swimming pool. There was a sigh at the swimming pool stating that if there were more than 25 guests at the pool it would be immediately closed. The airport shuttle was supposed to leave on the hour. When we were ready to leave for the airport, the “12:00” shuttle left 6 minutes early, so we missed it, then the “1:00” shuttle left 7 minutes late forcing us to sit around and wait.  The front desk staff were curt in manner, and as we listened to people checking in while waiting for the shuttle, it was apparent that they “couldn’t find” many reservations, and rooms were rarely ready.

Hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Firstly the instructions for the free shuttle say to use the courtesy phones at the airport, no one answers the phone even after trying multiple times over half an hour. Had to walk to the hotel with 2 young children and a load of luggage at 1am. The person checking us in wasn't overly sympathetic and said... Oh maybe the phones don't work anymore. The room itself was dated and worn, noisy air conditioning, bed soft and springy, windows so thin you can hear the traffic outside and the previous guests rubbish left in drawers. When checking out the person at reception was clearly having a bad day as she first gave an off handed comment about the previous guest then could barely even be bothered with any interaction in checking us out. Finally, after arriving downstairs for the shuttle 20 mins before the hour for the shuttle there was already more people than can get on the shuttle which then again left my family and I standing there with no ride. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, you're better off getting something further away that's better value and actually has a shuttle that turns up.

Hotel Location is good if have an early flight. Long walk from the lift to room. First in first serve for the shuttle service. The shuttle service starts at 5 am and the bus can only fit 18-20 people. Recommend to check out early and queue up.

In the hotel's restaurant. We had to wait some considerable time to be attended to, we ended up seating ourselves, getting our own menus and water, whilst the sole server juggled his other responsibilities. After a very ordinary fish & chips meal, with the thinnest fries we've ever seen we received a bill for the equivalent of AUD $90 to which not only had a 4% kitchen charge been added but additionally a further 18% service charge. Neither the meal or service justified this charge in any way. We left what we considered to be a fair and reasonable payment which more than covered the cost. For the AUD$ 75 cost we could have fed four people with a far better quality meal. We had been unable to use our drinks voucher in the restaurant, so after the meal we went to the bar in the same hotel to use our vouchers to get a drink. Whilst there a very disgruntled server from the restaurant and some random woman from the bar came and accosted us, snatching a jam jar of tap water we had brought round with us to finish at the bar. We were basically accused of stealing a jam jar of tap water whilst sitting at a bar in the same hotel, as paying guests! A waiter from the restaurant hung around the entire time just to ensure he got his jam jar back! Next morning we loaded our own cases onto the free shuttle bus. The driver tried to dismantle our cases, we asked him to leave our cases to allow space for other guests & we wanted them to stand in the luggage space adjacent to the rack, as they had done on the way to the hotel. The driver began shouting at us, threw a tantrum & went to get his boss, who came out & saw no issue with our cases. The driver then began driving recklessly, racing round corners and braking heavily. Guests had to tell him to slowdown and stop driving dangerously. He then made all the guests remove their own bags unassisted after we informed him his behaviour certainly did not warrant any tips! A shocking & horrible end to our holiday & not a very good advertisement for the USA Dreadful tipping culture of entitlement even if service does not warrant it! .

No body wash no lotion...thry failed to check maybe. But its ok. The convenience from airport to hotel and vice versa is more important. Its my 3rd time anyway.

The service the staff provided was excellent.  We had a large piece of luggage that we didn’t need for the night.  The staff offered, without us asking, to store it in their secure area overnight for us. The shuttle picked us up timely.  The facility is a bit aged but loved.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the airport.  A bit tricky to find.  We walked to the hotel from the airport.  With our suitcases, a bit further than expected.  Lots of noise from the traffic. Room was clean. Service was friendly.  A bit disappointing when we picked up a rental car and retrieved our suitcases.  Because we stayed at the parking lot 16 min. (1 minute longer than alotted we had to pay parking fees.

Perfect hotel if you have a early flight. They have a shuttle starting at 4:50 so that you can catch any flight without trouble. They offered a free drink at the bar and we got legit 12$ cocktails🍹

I was charged an additional $120 on check in for my fully paid room. It was a resort fee in a hotel that was under the hiway -very ordinary- and not a resort. I said I prefer to go elsewhere. The clerk told me I was welcome to stay elsewhere but would still have to pay the full room and resort fee if I didnt stay there since they had my credit card. It wasnt safe to park on the street so we paid $80 extra for secure parking. The security system was broken so the lot was open and unsecure.

Review and rating solely based on our one night stay. High on convenience because our flight arrived late so rental cars were closed. It’s a few minutes (about 5) from airport where we needed to get our car next day. At the outset of entering there’s taped off area in lobby like work being done and a bit pungent smell that gives you an off the bat impression. Friendly receptionist. Room was not very likable as sheets felt and smelled too starchy it was uncomfortable to sleep in. Beds (two twins) felt old and somewhat lumpy. Shuttle does run on the hour til 12:30am and we were lucky to catch the last one and to get back to airport next morning. In conclusion, it met our convenience needs but way overpriced for the subpar room accommodation (174$ total).

There are nearby restaurants at the hotel. Remember to use the back door for shortcut. It is around 8mins walk. However do note that there is no water provided. Body wash and lotion are provided
