"The location is great, and there are many swimming pools, but I went in November, so the outdoor pools were no longer accessible. The ocean view rooms had open-air corridors, which were quite cold. If you don't want to be freezing in winter, you should ask the front desk for an ocean view room with an indoor corridor."

"Service at front desk and breakfast was very friendly, accommodating, and true service industry level. Facilities were very clean, the gym was new high end equipment, and breakfast was very good!! The location was great for visiting Coastal Carolina University, although hope a pedestrian way to school is added soon. Wish the pool was bigger and there was a restaurant/bar but won’t deter us from staying there and recommending to family."

"Loved the room. It was very clean, and we had fresh towels every day. I highly recommend this motel, for your next stay in North Myrtle Beach. Everyone was so friendly, too. The only problem that we had, was when a huge storm came through, and the window leaked at the top, but they took care of it, right away. Even though I was not in time, for the breakfast bar, that's in the motel, there is a wonderful pancake restaurant within walking distance, of the hotel. I think it was called Southern Sunrise. I highly recommend it. We have stayed at this hotel twice, now, and we love the pool, and the location. It's not that far from the beach, either...just a few blocks away, or you can drive to it. There's plenty of stores nearby, too. I give this motel 5 stars!"
