Amazing
GGuest UserService at front desk and breakfast was very friendly, accommodating, and true service industry level. Facilities were very clean, the gym was new high end equipment, and breakfast was very good!! The location was great for visiting Coastal Carolina University, although hope a pedestrian way to school is added soon. Wish the pool was bigger and there was a restaurant/bar but won’t deter us from staying there and recommending to family.

GGuest UserOur stay could not have been better! The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was wonderful. They even drove us to a restaurant and offered to pick us up! The room was spacious and had everything we needed-very comfortable beds, keurig, and even got a late checkout. Since we had a few hours after checking out before we could get into our Airbnb, they stored our luggage until we left the area. Great staff!!

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful time at Avista! The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. This is a place you could stay and never have to leave. There is an excellent restaurant on site and an inside bar as well as one out by the pool. The indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs were well-maintained and clean. The location is also convenient to other restaurants, shops, and yummy icecream and Italian ice. We will definitely be staying again in the future. ❤️

GGuest UserThis was my little guys first spring break and first vacation and that’s to all the amenities offered at this hotel I’m the BEST MOMMY EVER! The pool area was everything and more! The game room was a nice time to waste time and have fun while it was raining. The views from the lobby during breakfast was beautiful and well as the balcony view from our room on the 19th floor and impeccable! Over all 10/10 . The only hiccup to mention was the Wi-Fi not working so well.

GGuest UserFire alarm went off around 230am. The intercom was saying evacuate. My family took stairs to evacuate but It was a false alarm, scared my 7 year old so bad because he thought it was a fire because we had a bad house fire in the past. I could not get back to sleep. No apologies at checkout

GGuest UserVery skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but our stay wasn’t that bad. There was a dehumidifier that needed to be emptied in the room but it was super humid outside during our stay so I didn’t mind. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. There was an odd assortment of smells in the hallway that ranged from urine to **** to cleaning chemicals, but none of the smells made it inside the room so I didn’t care. Overall, I’d stay again.

GGuest UserEverything was pretty good! The beds weren't the most comfortable unfortunately but that's because we prefer firmer mattresses. The only real nitpick was that the coffee maker wasn't clean, some previous guests must have mistakingly poured coffee grounds into the water trough at the top & I couldn't clean it out because the coffee maker was secured to the wall. Otherwise the room was nice, the towels & bathroom were clean, etc.

GGuest UserLoved the room. It was very clean, and we had fresh towels every day. I highly recommend this motel, for your next stay in North Myrtle Beach. Everyone was so friendly, too. The only problem that we had, was when a huge storm came through, and the window leaked at the top, but they took care of it, right away. Even though I was not in time, for the breakfast bar, that's in the motel, there is a wonderful pancake restaurant within walking distance, of the hotel. I think it was called Southern Sunrise. I highly recommend it. We have stayed at this hotel twice, now, and we love the pool, and the location. It's not that far from the beach, either...just a few blocks away, or you can drive to it. There's plenty of stores nearby, too. I give this motel 5 stars!

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
