I stayed just one night. There were 3 people in my room and 8 people is available in my room. There were 4 bunk beds and i stayed the below one. It was so low ceiling so i hit my head so many times 🤣 The bed was not dirty but not clean. The kitchen was small but i think it was enough. So i am almost satisfied with the hotel. I stayed Haka house Rotorua before, so I expected that Haka house in Taupo also be same quality. But in Rotorua was better hahah please check my review of Haka house Rotorua🙂

AAnonymous UserWe had a 2 bedroom apartment in double storey. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk was very helpful and brought us to our room. It comes with a fully equipped kitchenette with washer and dryer. Will not hesitate to recommend The Village Resort to anyone. It was a wonderful experience staying at this place.

AAlice BunGreat hotel stay with complete amenities for self cook dinner, located by the lake front with breathtaking sunset set view! And we have new pets for the day, cutie cat welcome us to Accent! Overall is great except for the insulation around the house not strong enough as it can be quite cold during night …. Highly recommended for families and groups of friends enjoy the stay here.

JJK MLIf you are looking for a full kitchen suite, there should be better ones. The location is good. Unfortunately as a family vacation we have big luggage. Was assigned the second floor for a one bedroom unit. Sheltered carpark is available.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent. I stayed in this hotel before the epidemic. I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment on the first floor that time. It was very good. This time we only booked a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor. The facilities and equipment are a bit old, but the bedding and towels are all new and high-quality. There are pots, bowls, induction cookers, etc., hot water in the spa bath and other facilities are very convenient. Downstairs There are washing machines and dryers available, please note that they are available from 8am to 8pm. There is also a BBQ for guests to use, and it is very convenient to check in and out. The cleaning staff are very friendly, but the front desk staff are not too enthusiastic. The overall experience is not bad. I will stay here again next time I come to Taupo. Ctrip has an advantage in price👍

GGuest UserThere are some car hotels, right next to Lake Taupo, the scenery does not say, the car stops at the door of the room, very convenient, very suitable for self-driving travel. The rooms are compact but well-equipped, cooking and bathing are not a problem. It is very close to the supermarket and the place to eat, and there are two or three intersections by car. The New Zealand big sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic and stayed with milk.

GGuest UserThe hotel does not have a front desk, but will send you an email about 12:30 on the day of booking to tell you how to stay. I booked a large and small twin room, very warm and clean. Just by the lake, the transportation is convenient. The parking space in the backyard is very large, it is very convenient to enter and exit, and it is a hotel worth collecting.

匿匿名遊客Room is clean, tidy and spacious. Nice to have a balcony but it is by the side of road. A private kitchen or kitchenette is not included but there is a large common kitchen in the 2/F. Like most hotels or motels there, there is nobody in the reception counter from 8:40 pm to 10 am next day. Good to have free undercover on-site parking.
