Clean room, convenient location and accommodating staff!

The bed was nice but the shower was hard to operate and impossible to get to a reasonable temperature. It would be cold, I would nudge it a touch to the hot side and then it would be burning hot. The hospitality was subpar. When I asked to check-in an hour early they said I would have to pay $30 and when I asked to store luggage after checking out, they said no.

Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean.

There is a parking lot very comfortable, that is, there is no elevator on the second floor. I have to put the box up, the whole is not clean, especially the carpet, it looks dirty.

Great location, but communication was poor as there was no front desk and it was hard to reach the staff. The carpet in the shower room and towels were also not very clean.

Everything is great! Staff are friendly. The room is clean and amenities are in good condition!:)

Отель отлично расположен - в одной остановке метро от аэропорта. Также на метро легко уехать в центр города. Отель стоит своей цены, в номере есть все для счастья. Завтрак также вполне хороший.

Normal quiet stay, think some of the filaments in heater are burned out

Booked shuttle service before booking the hotel …Customer service representative said you can’t get shuttle service unless you booked online kinda sucks but besides that everything was great
