"I stayed at the Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport for one night during a layover. Overall, I found it to be very mediocre and definitely not worth the price. The location is convenient, right by the airport, which is great for early morning flights. However, the room facilities are outdated, and the soundproofing isn't great – I could hear planes taking off and landing, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The service is standard for a chain hotel, nothing special but no major issues either. But the price is genuinely high. For what you get, the value for money is extremely poor. Unless you absolutely have to stay here for a flight, I wouldn't recommend it; there are many better hotels at the same price point."

"We did not sleep yet , when we went to hotel smell really bad , we can’t even breathe, then we went back to office , we told them why is so stink , and we just requested to change room but they said we don’t have any then I said we just need to cancel, they said we don’t give any refund, I trying to contacted trip.com also you guys not take care of us ,and still don’t receive yet my deposit 50$ , I wish I want to sue both of you guys , third party trip.com and hotel , I am so sick of that **** , we don’t stay there and they charged me and they charged me deposit as well , that’s ridiculous!!!"

"For a hotel in the United States, the breakfast is very good, the room is clean, the indoor space is large, the parking is free, there is a shuttle bus to the airport, and then you can take the subway from the airport to the city. It is highly recommended My family stayed at the Cambria Loop Theater Hotel in downtown Chicago for the other two days. It was a landmine. The price was doubled, there was not even a cleaning lady, there was no breakfast, parking was expensive, and they didn't take out the trash. This Hilton is obviously much better and only half the price"
