Location of our villa is just at the beach. Openn the door and we are at the beach! Only has private hot spring tub in the villa. Comes with games room, arcade, public hot spring pool, table tennis etc. Only dissatisfaction is the smoke smell left in the room from previous occupants.
Wish they priorise Toiletries or at least hand soap.

Stayed in a deluxe twin room on the 12th floor. The furnishings in the room were mainly made of wood. The view and geographical environment were very good. It was very close to Bali Left Bank, a good place for a walk and a rest. It was a pity that the breakfast flow was not good. It took a very long time to wait for the hot food to be cooked. There were not many types of breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. In terms of accommodation hardware, it is a good hotel worth returning to!

Conveniently located on the beach, a five minute walk from the train station. The room was large and clean. Bed were very comfortable. Lots of amenities. I like that the room had two toilets. The breakfast was copious, so much choice, mostly Chinese foods but delicious. The only thing I would say is the down side of this hotel is that the façade looks run down. It desperately needs a new paint job to look like a luxury hotel. The inside is really nice but the outside looks abandoned. But I noticed this is often the case with many buildings in Taiwan. The upkeep of the façade doesn’t seem important to them.

The buffet breakfast is rich and tasty. There are too many people on holidays. It is recommended to go early to eat or you will have to queue.
The trail is made of natural stone slabs or primitive forest paths, which are slippery when it rains.
It is enough to walk around the first ring to enjoy the scenery. The forest landscape is similar to that of the second and third rings.
The only downside is that the water pressure in the room is too low and the shower is not smooth.

Had a wonderful experience staying at the Yun Hotel with my kids. This was probably one of my most relaxing staycations as we stayed in the Water Room with the hot spring and sizable living room.
The front desk had an English speak gentlemen that took care of our check in, and described all the things we could do at the hotel. This place is very kid friendly with a dedicated play room on the second floor, and a mini race track with high end electric cars for the kids to drive. There's also a snacks, arts n crafts, and a movie theatre all on the ground floor. The people staffing all these venues were all very helpful and professional.
Our morning breakfast was delivered on time and so delicious. There was so much food, 3 people could not finish the 2 sets. Can't wait to visit again during the next holiday!

We loved our stay here. It’s the perfect hot spring for all kind of trips. Amazing for families too with perfect spots for youngest to enjoy.
There is only one thing to complain: the quality of the food, we had breakfast (pretty decent), but lunch options are really limited, not much veggies to add in your plate and not very healthy options. Also, the cut of the meats weren’t the best, so the meat we tried was really hard to chew.
The staff, specially in the main building are really helpful and kind.

Room is quite large than expect, the hotel has onsen and fitness room but it open at 2 pm which is a little bit weird for people who want to exercise in the morning, some amenities have to ask in the front desk. But over all is ok.
The price for new year period is ridiculous expensive even the hotel is very far from the city, anyway you can get the bus in front the hotel and there is 7-11 next to.

This time, I finally got a chance to stay. Although it is not a five-star hotel, but 👍🏻 (It is important to say 3 times) The CP value is super high. There are outdoor hot springs for men and women, naked hot springs, and many medicated beauty pools. If you bring children, there are slides to play. These are quite rewarding. Breakfast is the favorite of the elders of the porridge and dishes. Father-in-law I have always said that I will come again in the future because breakfast is his love. There is also a relatively simple Western style. In short, I will recommend it.

Location-wise, you'll need to take transportation, but they do provide free transport. There's a 7-Eleven across the street. Overall, it's a nice place for a short staycation.
