AAnonymous UserOur recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb.
There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable:
1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious ”Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab” set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey.
2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever.
3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence.
If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return.

AAnonymous User酒店的位置比較鄉郊。從馬路望過去建築很低調，但是進入內裏即是被溫馨優雅的氛圍感染到，特別是來到房間，兩面牆落地窗看到離湖夕照的美景，黃昏時間抵達夕陽的餘光映照下。晚餐更是驚喜，冬季推出蟹肉套餐，但用了意大利的烹調方式，濃郁的醬汁令蟹肉肉非常美味，湯、意粉、薄餅都是一試難忘，烤蟹肉再沾上蟹膏做的醬汁，層次豐富。早餐麵包籃炒蛋乳酪，份量足，清新健康。每位工作人員。都很主動和有禮，經過一定會點頭打招呼，直到客人離開。介紹菜式都盡量用英文努力講解，令我這次住宿非常愉快。另外酒店亦設有溫泉雖然不大，但因為客人不多，我是一個人在使用，露天按摩溫泉可以看到湖面和星空可以享受到寧靜的氣氛。

After watching the sunset on the beach on the same day, it was already 6:30. At this time, other hotels in Xiripu could not be booked. There was this one. I decided with the mentality of giving it a try, and the service was completely beyond imagination. (1) On the same day, because the hotel was unable to eat at the night booked, the hotel people drove me to the local restaurant that did not have many nights to arrange dinner, and then picked up the hotel. (2) After checking out the next day, I expressed my desire to swim at the beach again. Is it possible to park the car at the hotel? As a result, the store not only agreed to park but also borrowed the beach umbrella for free, and let me use the hot spring bath again after swimming. I was flattered. (3) Because the car is a bit mixed, it can be charged, but because it will not be used and there is no local bank card, so I asked the hotel owner. The boss called the other hotel owner out to study how to use it. Finally, the boss downloaded the app and used his own card to charge. I can give her cash.
The hotel's facilities are like many old Japanese wine lists, which are slightly old because of the age, but everything under this service is going in a good direction, leaving me with deep and good memories.

GGuest UserA truly beautiful hotel! Everything from the architecture to the view outside the windows is top-notch. The staff are polite and welcoming, and even though we don't speak much Japanese, they patiently explain everything to us. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches, and there are plenty of complimentary drinks and amenities. If I ever come to visit Japan again, I'll definitely bring my family to stay here for longer. ありがとうございます♪

JJIYAOThe breakfast is very rich! ! There is its own parking lot. If you take a train, the hotel has a free bus to pick you up. Particularly user-friendly, the service is very good, facing the sea, there are cherry blossoms on the road at the door, not alone, especially suitable for taking pictures. Matsuba crab cuisine is top-notch. Mainly cheaper. The open-air hot springs are not big but very delicate. Watching the sunset is the best in Japan. However, the staff has good English and ready translation software. Also, prepare more cash! !

FFloraThe facade is unremarkable. As soon as you enter the check-in auditorium, you will be deeply attracted by the view of the large glass and leave a very good impression. You can also see a deer grazing in the Japanese garden outside the window. The lobby is generally very comfortable. The room I stayed in is a Japanese mixed Western style. It is comfortable, but the wardrobe is behind the bed. It is a bit difficult to get in and out of clothes. The view of the open-air hot spring is a little thinner. The dinner is a full crab feast, which is very plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend it, but it is a bit more expensive when viewing cherry blossoms in the peak season.
