Our recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb. There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable: 1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious ”Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab” set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey. 2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever. 3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence. If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return.

Because it was a temporary tourist destination decided on the first day, and because I didn't know if I wanted to live in the local area, I didn't book a hotel. (1) On the same day, because the hotel was unable to eat at the night booked, the hotel people drove me to the local restaurant that did not have many nights to arrange dinner, and then picked up the hotel. (2) After checking out the next day, I expressed my desire to swim at the beach again. Is it possible to park the car at the hotel? As a result, the store not only agreed to park but also borrowed the beach umbrella for free, and let me use the hot spring bath again after swimming. I was flattered. (3) Because the car is a bit mixed, it can be charged, but because it will not be used and there is no local bank card, so I asked the hotel owner. The boss called the other hotel owner out to study how to use it. Finally, the boss downloaded the app and used his own card to charge. I can give her cash. The hotel's facilities are like many old Japanese wine lists, which are slightly old because of the age, but everything under this service is going in a good direction, leaving me with deep and good memories.

Excellent hotel! Highly recommend choosing the one-night stay with two meals included. Dinner was a snow crab set meal; it was enough for two people, but the whole set was enough for three. Each crab was delicious, and the hotel was very comfortable. The room was clean and hygienic, and the hot spring was very comfortable. 👍

This place blew us away. The location was close to the beach where we had a swim and the onsen at the location was the finest I had ever experienced. The room had a tatami area for sleeping and a little dining and cooking nook that we ended up using each day. The meals at the various restaurants were delicious and accompanied by stunning views of the hills and sea. We had such a restful time here that we would definitely wish to return.

A bit expensive, but everything else is good. Our family has three people living in a room, which is a bit crowded, and the room fee is more than 15,000. There is one large hot spring bathroom and five small ones, and the hardware is relatively simple. When the crabs are in season, they are indeed sweet and plump, which is rare. Just treat it as a crab set meal for 4,000 RMB per person, and leave the rest More than 3,000 yuan is used as room fee and hot spring fee. The check-in and check-out times are very unreasonable. You can only check in after 15:00 and check out at 10:00 in the morning. The whole check-in experience is very rushed and it is difficult to relax. There are no other stores or places to visit around, which is a bit desolate. The transportation is very inconvenient, so you can almost only go there by chartering a car. Everyone knows that the price of chartering a car in Japan is very expensive! It cost almost 20,000 yuan. A family of three spent 29 hours traveling from Kyoto and back.

A truly beautiful hotel! Everything from the architecture to the view outside the windows is top-notch. The staff are polite and welcoming, and even though we don't speak much Japanese, they patiently explain everything to us. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches, and there are plenty of complimentary drinks and amenities. If I ever come to visit Japan again, I'll definitely bring my family to stay here for longer. ありがとうございます♪

The breakfast is very rich! ! There is its own parking lot. If you take a train, the hotel has a free bus to pick you up. Particularly user-friendly, the service is very good, facing the sea, there are cherry blossoms on the road at the door, not alone, especially suitable for taking pictures. Matsuba crab cuisine is top-notch. Mainly cheaper. The open-air hot springs are not big but very delicate. Watching the sunset is the best in Japan. However, the staff has good English and ready translation software. Also, prepare more cash! !

The facade is unremarkable. As soon as you enter the check-in auditorium, you will be deeply attracted by the view of the large glass and leave a very good impression. You can also see a deer grazing in the Japanese garden outside the window. The lobby is generally very comfortable. The room I stayed in is a Japanese mixed Western style. It is comfortable, but the wardrobe is behind the bed. It is a bit difficult to get in and out of clothes. The view of the open-air hot spring is a little thinner. The dinner is a full crab feast, which is very plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend it, but it is a bit more expensive when viewing cherry blossoms in the peak season.
