Our recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb. There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable: 1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious ”Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab” set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey. 2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever. 3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence. If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return.

Because it was a temporary tourist destination decided on the first day, and because I didn't know if I wanted to live in the local area, I didn't book a hotel. After watching the sunset on the beach on the same day, it was already 6:30. At this time, other hotels in Xiripu could not be booked. There was this one. I decided with the mentality of giving it a try, and the service was completely beyond imagination. (1) On the same day, because the hotel was unable to eat at the night booked, the hotel people drove me to the local restaurant that did not have many nights to arrange dinner, and then picked up the hotel. (2) After checking out the next day, I expressed my desire to swim at the beach again. Is it possible to park the car at the hotel? As a result, the store not only agreed to park but also borrowed the beach umbrella for free, and let me use the hot spring bath again after swimming. I was flattered. (3) Because the car is a bit mixed, it can be charged, but because it will not be used and there is no local bank card, so I asked the hotel owner. The boss called the other hotel owner out to study how to use it. Finally, the boss downloaded the app and used his own card to charge. I can give her cash. The hotel's facilities are like many old Japanese wine lists, which are slightly old because of the age, but everything under this service is going in a good direction, leaving me with deep and good memories.

This place blew us away. The location was close to the beach where we had a swim and the onsen at the location was the finest I had ever experienced. The room had a tatami area for sleeping and a little dining and cooking nook that we ended up using each day. The meals at the various restaurants were delicious and accompanied by stunning views of the hills and sea. We had such a restful time here that we would definitely wish to return.

A truly beautiful hotel! Everything from the architecture to the view outside the windows is top-notch. The staff are polite and welcoming, and even though we don't speak much Japanese, they patiently explain everything to us. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches, and there are plenty of complimentary drinks and amenities. If I ever come to visit Japan again, I'll definitely bring my family to stay here for longer. ありがとうございます♪

近くのビーチで遊んだ帰りに宿泊させていただきました。一棟貸しなので、洗濯機があると尚ありがたかったです。 夜はBBQをしましたが、虫除けを準備し忘れて、蚊の餌食になりました。 が、室内にフライパンもあっあので室内に移動して中で焼肉をしました。 調味料が豊富にありました。 ロケーションは釣り好きの子供たちには最高で、朝早くに起きて釣りにいけるのがよかったです。 またそのビーチに行く際は泊まりたいと思いました。 今度は虫除けスプレーを準備していきます!

I had a wonderful stay at Amino Guesthouse Bench. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, which really makes the place special. The guesthouse is very clean, comfortable, and well located, just a short walk from the beach. Amino is a lovely village, especially in winter if you’re looking for calm, quiet, and a real sense of rest away from crowded places. I truly loved the atmosphere and my time there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay.

Book a berth and two meals for dinner without specifying the food items (or meal standards), but fortunately, there are Chinese-speaking reception staff on the spot to assist! The renovated Japanese-style hotel is small, beautiful and comfortable. Seasonal fish harvest, local specialties Nautilus cuisine and Heniu barbecue, are carefully made and perfectly presented by the chef. There is only one cafe and a viewing platform nearby with a view of the sunset!

The meal was delicious. The staff at the restaurant was very good. The room was large and the futon was comfortable. The refrigerator is shared, so I feel like I'm training a little. The surroundings are dark at night.

宿泊した部屋については民宿ですので決して綺麗とはいえない状態でした。ですが夕食も朝食も非常に美味しい料理でした。温泉も夏なのであまり長くは入れませんでしたがお肌にも良く、気持ち良かったです。海に歩いて行ける場所にありますので海水浴目的で行くのであればおすすめだと思います。民宿に女将さんも非常にご丁寧な接客をしていただきました。
