酒店座落在商店街中，外面轉彎就有巴士到松江駅 服務人員全部都很有禮，說一句謝謝，他們就會回你一句謝謝你 房間很大很奢華，是我目中想要的那種 房內有兩個溫泉，一個熱，一個冷 房內竟然用Refu 風筒 激讚！ 非常舒服 唯一可惜是房間未有很好的景觀 但入住的晚上下起大雪 露台望出去屋簷瓦片都白雪雪的 很美 入住兩晚都包早晚兩餐 食物質素高，而且沒有重覆 早上有鯛魚茶漬飯和日式早餐 鯛魚飯很有特色 不過我個人更喜歡傳統日式 整體來說都是高質素的兩晚 我一定會再回來松江入住皆美館

是我最喜歡的日式温泉酒店，睡榻榻米布團的那種。周邊的風景也是絕美，宍道湖和温泉街，神社都是不可錯過的！酒店的温泉特別棒，碳酸水很滑，泡完渾身滑溜溜的，不愧為三大美人湯之一！晚餐餐食稍顯不夠精緻和高級，如果不自己加菜，甚至有可能吃不飽，早餐居然沒有温泉蛋，在温泉酒店居然吃不到温泉蛋……

This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

古い旅館を個人客用にリニューアルした感じです。建物は古いかもしれないけど内装は綺麗です。 シングル個室はベッドだけで超狭いです。まあ寝転がって携帯見る分には問題ないですが。個室なんだけど、隣室のイビキはもちろんカバンを開ける音とか全部丸聞こえです。イヤホンがあった方が良いかもしれません。 でも、内湯もあるし立地は良いし値段を考えれば充分に満足です。

I was driving myself, so I'm not sure about other public transportation options. The service at check-in was excellent. Being from Hong Kong, I specifically requested a ********* staff member to serve me during meals. They were incredibly attentive, explaining each dish meticulously. On another day at breakfast, this same ********* staff member also arranged for friends and family staying in different rooms to sit together. As for the hot springs, there were different areas and types to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come again.

The design of the room is very bad, if you want to use your own private bath, you have to put on your clothes after taking a shower, and then walk back to the end of the room before walking out to the bath, why is the bathing place not next to the bath? Besides, the food is terrible! We booked breakfast and dinner, because of the location of the hotel there are no restaurants nearby, but it was really very disgusting, and no choice, and did not understand whether the guests have food sensitivities, or what food cannot be eaten, the only option is to eat and Buried and not eaten. Feeling very disappointed.

The room is large. The hot spring is good, but the water temperature is not too hot enough. Free parking, keep key at the front desk. Breakfast is generally the same, Japanese and Western styles have D, but there are no expectations.
