酒店座落在商店街中，外面轉彎就有巴士到松江駅 服務人員全部都很有禮，說一句謝謝，他們就會回你一句謝謝你 房間很大很奢華，是我目中想要的那種 房內有兩個溫泉，一個熱，一個冷 房內竟然用Refu 風筒 激讚！ 非常舒服 唯一可惜是房間未有很好的景觀 但入住的晚上下起大雪 露台望出去屋簷瓦片都白雪雪的 很美 入住兩晚都包早晚兩餐 食物質素高，而且沒有重覆 早上有鯛魚茶漬飯和日式早餐 鯛魚飯很有特色 不過我個人更喜歡傳統日式 整體來說都是高質素的兩晚 我一定會再回來松江入住皆美館

It’s really a very good hotel. I didn’t expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

Honestly 10/10. The place is very cozy, the baths were nice and the manager was very very nice. Even if I don’t speak Japanese and he doesnt speak English, he tried to speak with me with his phone translator and made sure everything was ok for me. I would definitely recommend the place. If you are a foreigner please be sure to respect the manners. No shoes inside, no slippers in the baths, shower before bath, etc.

One of the most comfortable mid-range hotels I have ever stayed in after at least 80 nights in hotels in Japan. And the extensive breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had.

The location is good, about 7 minutes away from Songjiang Station. The most important thing is that the service attitude is very good. The waiter introduced the room facilities one by one and confirmed the breakfast and dinner time very carefully. The breakfast was Japanese style and the dinner was very delicious. It was a typical Japanese meal with ten courses and the dishes were arranged very attentively. It was raining heavily when we checked out, and the owner (the two elderly people's home) enthusiastically helped us call a taxi to take us to Songjiang Station. Finally, I was so moved when he stood at the door and watched us leave!

The building is old, but it looks like it has been renewed. Some rooms may not have a good view on the window side. I feel hospitality with origami. As for the meal, the quantity and quality are satisfactory. There is no particular problem with customer service.

The room is large. The hot spring is good, but the water temperature is not too hot enough. Free parking, keep key at the front desk. Breakfast is generally the same, Japanese and Western styles have D, but there are no expectations.

We stayed here on a family trip. It appears to have been renovated, and it was very clean and comfortable. Above all, the food was the best!! We were served local cuisine for both dinner and breakfast, and were very satisfied with our full stomachs. It seems that some rooms allow you to eat meals in your room and others do not, so you may need to check if necessary. Nakai-san and his team were very kind, and they spoke to us, and the homey atmosphere was great.
