"I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was really lovely. Before I arrived I had a chat with them regarding a late checkout for my departure day. They were quick to respond and accommodate my request. Throughout my stay the response time was very fast from the hotel side, which I really appreciated. The room was lovely too - beautiful, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to use any of the facilities such as the kitchen or the restaurant, so I cannot comment on that. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for short stays, as well as long stays. The price is certainly worth it. Thank you very much for having me! Irma x"

"The hotel service is the most comfortable. The front desk asks for directions and will draw a simple picture. The breakfast aunt takes the initiative to help adjust the soup bottom, and is as kind as an acquaintance. Health can't pick up the problem, the bedding is white, the bathroom glass is water-free, and even the floor drain is bright. The environment is quiet, the window is facing the green, the bird is called in the morning, the curtains are good for shading, and it is dawn. The facilities are also pleasantly surprised. The smart toilet and mattress are moderately soft and hard. I can also sleep on the bed. The separation of dry and wet is very practical. The hotel's intentions are more warm than some chain hotels, and I will stay here next time I come to Zhangjiagang."
