The soundproofing in the room was very poor. There was a couple living in the room next to me. I could hear their sex clearly at night. Their bed was shaking, and even the head of my bed was shaking. They did it for two consecutive nights, and they were shouting every night, which made me very embarrassed. After they were done, they were snoring, which I could also hear. It was very annoying. I could also hear the footsteps of people upstairs, the sound of boiling water in the next room, or the sound of the TV. In addition, the temperature of the air conditioner in the room could not be adjusted. It was too cold when the air conditioner was turned on, and too stuffy when the air conditioner was turned off.
Discover the convenience of being close. Our hotel is ideally located within Terminal 1 of Mexico City's International Airport, just a few steps away from the boarding gates. Enjoy our cozy rooms, perfect for relaxing before or after a long journey. Savor the exquisite flavors of our Mexican cuisine with an international twist at our restaurant, which is available 24 hours a day.

The hotel is relatively old. The exterior is very beautiful, but the interior furniture and decoration are old. The toilet is not very convenient to use. The faucet in the bathroom is at the back and it is difficult to control the water temperature. The bed is very comfortable and the view outside the window is also great.

The location of the hotel is not suitable for independent travel, it is relatively remote, and with the traffic jams in Mexico, it is difficult to control time. It is very suitable for self-driving and has a relatively fashionable shopping mall. Breakfast was ok.

The price went up a lot the second time I stayed there, I don’t know what happened, the room was also worse than the first time, all in all it was just average, not worth more than 2000 in Mexico.
Novotel Mexico City World Trade Center is a new and modern hotel within walking distance of the Poliforum metrobus station, just opposite the WTC and Pepsi Center. Everything was very good, although the room is not very big, the large window and the view of the city make up for it. The room is modern and pleasant for resting and sleeping. The restaurant is spacious on the 2nd floor, with a very good breakfast, and also the executive menu from Monday to Friday between 1 and 4 pm. The entire staff is very friendly and smiling, I have never seen a bad face, and they help you with any questions. The waiters are very professional and attentive both at breakfast and lunch time. In front of the hotel there is a metrobus stop, Polyforum station, there is also a Sears and a Chaderaui supermarket, or something similar, and several food shops. My experience confirms my very good opinion of the Novotel brand, I would definitely return.

First of all! I found that domestic hotels are already cheaper than booking! Like Trip.com
Secondly! This hotel is in a good location. I arrived at 8:30 in the morning and let me check in early. It was really great!
Finally! The room is huge! The air conditioner is a bit noisy, and in general it is not hidden.

The room was quiet and clean, and there was a parking lot. But the back door was not open at night, so you had to go back to the lobby to handle business or check in. In addition, the window of room 110 where I stayed could not be locked, so someone could get in.
