A colleague of mine was on a business trip to Mexico. His flight was arriving after 11 PM, and he had a connecting domestic flight to Monterrey the next day. With both his arrival and departure from Terminal 1, the Courtyard by Marriott was the perfect choice. I had stayed at this hotel last year and had a very positive experience, so I didn't hesitate to book it for him again.

Guest UserThe hotel was clean and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay right in the airport. I appreciated having all the necessary amenities like a hairdryer readily available. However, it was a bit further from the boarding gates than I expected, and the hotel's location was a little tricky to find, so I'd recommend allowing extra time for travel.

The smallest Novotel room I've stayed in. Apart from the good location, it's really average. The breakfast is OK and the waiter is very enthusiastic, which is very comforting

Guest UserThe room exceeded expectations and regretted staying for two days on the weekend. A family of three set two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Trip.com wrote 70 square meters, it feels more than, it is estimated that the area is used, the child is very satisfied with his own space. The room design is very good, the small objects are IKEA, the kitchen is fully equipped, the necessary tableware is also equipped with oil, pepper and salt, we made a few beautiful breakfasts, to achieve avocado freedom! This apartment has four rooms on each floor. The room type I live in is on the fifth floor. I can't hear the noise of the road at all (the room on the road is not clear, the road in front of the door is busy during the day). It is two blocks away from the core area of Roma. I wander around every day and have several Michelin restaurants. Unfortunately, I can't eat on weekends. Praise the building service staff, enthusiastically inform the use of the free washing machine dryer, free after 6 pm. The roof garden is great! There is a swimming pool! Small problem: The sheets should be covered with plastic waterproof pads, and they will ring when they turn over.

The location is great. Many cafes and restaurants to visit, or just to walk around and appreciate the architecture of the area.
The rooftop bar looks awesome, and the gym is sufficient.
Definitely a great option, especially considering that it has a little kitchen and fridge. The hotel also has a laundry/drying machine in certain floors.
The check-in is a bit late (3pm); although they say if there is a room available, they will allow you to check-in earlier. Interestingly, I waited in the lobby for around 1 hour since I didn't have much to do. All people who arrive who were non-latino were given a room, all Hispanic people were asked to wait. Maybe was a coincidence?
Also, be mindful that taxis are not allowed to stop in front of the hotel since it is in front of an avenue.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.

Filipino Traveler & Entrepreneur - Beverly VegaI checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight cause I re-scheduled my flight the next day, cause I had a meeting and I won’t catch my flight, then when I returned back to the hotel, bought a water they asked for the room number and new receptionist told me that I should have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol. Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD. No consideration at all, will definitely ask the booking app to ask for the 4 nights stay refund that was unused that they refused to refund, they said it’s no show already even I showed up on the 3rd day. Lol. Kinda scam tactic. And I hate it. I just let it go.

Excellent location! Walking distace to main avenues and transportation points.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times.
the room was spacious, with individual unit (heater/AC)
Some rooms have jacuzzi, you need to request it at moment of reserving a room.
The hotel offers buffet breackfast(for extra charge)

Guest UserBeautiful hotel, great location, but unfortunately, the noise makes it extremely difficult to recommend staying here.
The music from the rooftop bar starts getting louder around 6 PM and continues until approximately 2 AM, and it seems to get progressively louder throughout the night. It was genuinely impossible to relax or sleep in our room. We were even given earplugs, but they did very little to help. If you plan to be out until 2 AM every night, you may not notice it. But if you are looking for a relaxing hotel where you can come back, unwind, and get a good night’s sleep, this is honestly a terrible experience.
We also booked a Deluxe King room but were put in a Queen room for our first night. We were not able to get into the correct room category that we booked until after 5PM the following day because the Deluxe King room was ”not yet clean.” No upgrade or compensation was given for this mistake.
It’s a shame because the property is beautiful but a hotel room that you cannot reasonably sleep or relax. I would strongly recommend asking about the noise before booking.

The hotel is in a very good location, and the Independence Column is just a few steps away. However, the hotel is very old, and the rooms are very old, almost like those in the 1990s. The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation
