Good location. Breakfast is ok, however guests have to queue to get in the restaurant, as they check for each room in their system, if breakfast is included or not. Because of this, in peak hour it may be necessary to queue 15 minutes or more to enter the breakfast room. Providing guests with breakfast vouchers upon check in would be more efficient.

Room had little to do with the images on trip.com. Room was dark with no direct sunlight (wall around 50cm in front of the window).
Morning shower was interrupted with an unpleasant surprise as the shower head fell onto me.
Both complaints were adressed during check-out the same day, but staff were obviously not trained for complaints and could not handle my feedback, very disappointing for an 'upscale hotel'. trip.com service on the other hand was flawless as usual.

The location of the hotel is not easy to find. I had to ask along the way to find it. Fortunately, it is inside the airport. The room is relatively large and the service is also good. Any questions will be answered.

The hotel is relatively old. The exterior is very beautiful, but the interior furniture and decoration are old. The toilet is not very convenient to use. The faucet in the bathroom is at the back and it is difficult to control the water temperature. The bed is very comfortable and the view outside the window is also great.

Our rooms are adjacent to Expo Santa Fe convention center, two kilometers from Centro Comercial Santa Fe. Highway 134 puts us 11 km from the sprawling Bosque de Chapultepec, housing Chapultepec Zoo and La Feria de Chapultepec theme park. We have a fitness center and over 22,400 sq. ft. of meeting space shared with our sister DoubleTree hotel.

It's good but a little old. There are shampoo, soap, body lotion, hangers, iron, refrigerator, coffee machine, but there are no slippers or kettles. The floor-to-ceiling windows can't be opened and it's a bit stuffy. The air conditioner is either too hot or too cold.

The price went up a lot the second time I stayed there, I don’t know what happened, the room was also worse than the first time, all in all it was just average, not worth more than 2000 in Mexico.

With a Mexican and Mediterranean fusion food restaurant, social bar, fitness center, spacious boardroom, rooms for up to four people, and suites, it is in the iconic Colonia del Valle, an ideal location close to numerous restaurants and shops.
GGuest User2025.02.15
Everything was very good, although the room is not very big, the large window and the view of the city make up for it. The room is modern and pleasant for resting and sleeping. The restaurant is spacious on the 2nd floor, with a very good breakfast, and also the executive menu from Monday to Friday between 1 and 4 pm. The entire staff is very friendly and smiling, I have never seen a bad face, and they help you with any questions. The waiters are very professional and attentive both at breakfast and lunch time. In front of the hotel there is a metrobus stop, Polyforum station, there is also a Sears and a Chaderaui supermarket, or something similar, and several food shops. My experience confirms my very good opinion of the Novotel brand, I would definitely return.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe apartments are impeccable. They are tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, including furniture and artworks. The apartment had two large bedrooms, and the master bedroom had its own bathroom and TV. The living room is fully furnished and also has a TV. The kitchen has all the amenities. It is a quiet building in a relatively quiet street. The concierge was very nice. The only problem we had is that we didn't realize we had to email them in advance our arrival. We thought it was a hotel, so didn't realize we had arrived at the place as we didn't see any signs. You must let them know in advance when you arrive. But this is a great deal. It can easily accommodate two couples.

RRicardorborquezThe hotel facilities are very new. The hotel rooms are very clean. The restaurant doesn’t have a buffet but if you get a room with breakfast included they will serve you coffee, juice or fruit and eggs prepare as you wish. You can also ask for the breakfast menu and order from there. Food is very good. The green juice is delicious. The attention from the waiters is always friendly and fast. The gym is newly renovated and it has very good equipment. The front desk is very friendly and helpful, specially Pamela who was able to help me upgrade the room. The location is very practical and there are malls and restaurants close by. Very pleased with Elements hotel. I always stay there when in business in Mexico City.
GGuest UserIt's a good hotel. I really like the uncle at the front desk. I think he's very nice. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located in the core of Polanco, with many restaurants of various grades to choose from, just a few minutes' walk away. There is also a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient to buy water and other things. Safety is not an issue, you can rest assured. Next to INM, it is convenient to change cards.

DdanycPros: Free bar, the restaurant staff is very professional and friendly
Cons: The room is very very small! It is so small that you can't walk after opening the suitcase.
The door is also very small.
The cleaner put the slippers under the bed.
The cleaner put the items in different drawers and cabinets, but there was no notice, which led to looking for things everywhere.
One day after renewing, I was notified by phone that I had to pack my luggage and change rooms. Since I was in another state, I asked the reason over the phone whether the room type was different. The reply was the same room type because other people stayed in my room number. I couldn't understand it. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I took the initiative to ask the front desk again. The front desk explained that the room type was different, saying that we were now staying in a ”deluxe room” and I renewed the ”ordinary room”. Because I didn't move, I had to pay the difference. Is there a smaller room than this? Don't you have to crawl in and out? Moreover, the booking interface of Ctrip always has only two room types: single bed and double bed, and never has the words luxury or ordinary.
Downtown hotels with similar hardware are much cheaper. Or hotels with much higher grade at the same price. Although the restaurant's value-added services are good, it's not worth it considering the price difference.
The next hotels were also pitfalls. Ctrip's overseas hotel ratings have problems.

GGuest UserExceptional Stay at ULIV Mexico City
My stay at ULIV Mexico City was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always eager to help with any request or question.
The accommodations were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to some of Mexico City's best attractions, dining spots, and cultural landmarks.
What truly stood out, though, was the level of personalized care provided by the team. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, ensuring everything in the room was perfect, or just greeting me with a warm smile, their hospitality made all the difference.
I can't recommend ULIV Mexico City enough. It's clear they prioritize their guests' experiences, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

BBusy_LeeI have to say that the breakfast at the hotel is good.
But the service is so-so. English at the front desk is OK
On the day of check-in, they met them to clean the water pipes. They told me that they could take a shower in ten minutes. They waited for 3 hours before they started to have hot water.
During the period, I kept asking the front desk, and he finally showed up directly. He didn't know how long he had to wait.
At the beginning, the water was all yellow 😥😥😥🥲🥲🥲
It took almost half an hour to clean it up.
It feels like I'm doing room cleaning for them.
It was a magical experience.

SSARA GABRIELAModern accommodation in a great area for exploring Mexico city for a day or two.
It's not a hotel so obviously the service is totally different than you'd expect For cleanliness and?overall amenities..But it's totally ok for a good night sleep and a convenient, safe, and nice location to stay.
Wish they could PayPal bit attention to details, for example in trio.com?app it says the room had a?balcony and when we arrived we didn't even have windows.
Exhausted from a long trip we didn't want to cause trouble but that could have been advised earlier.
We were two people but only had one hand towel so that was an inconvenience that could have probably been avoided of the management would pay a birthday more attention to the bookings.
Overall ok stay for an one night stop-over in Mexico city.
Walking distance to restaurants and nice Polanco area day off night.

The buffet opens 6:30 am, and if you are a business hotel should open at 6:00 am or have basic food services of 5-6 am, for people we have an early flight or other commit.
JJ & AGreat location. Accessible.
The hotel itself is a museum, and theyve got a fancy music bar. Also has a good restaurant.
Room service was 24/7 which is excellent for jetlag.
The room however is quite dated. Bits of problems with the shower, but it's hot and cold.
Frontdesk and room service speaks english.

MM F GomezThe hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.
