This hotel is great for an overnight stay at Terminal 1. The room facilities were all good, and they even kindly offered complimentary beer at check-in. Just a heads-up: as of [Month, 202*], the entire Terminal 1 is undergoing major renovations, and the signage is very unclear. I had to ask several people for directions, and saying 'Marriott' seemed to be more recognizable to the locals.

The hotel facilities are very new. The hotel rooms are very clean. The restaurant doesn’t have a buffet but if you get a room with breakfast included they will serve you coffee, juice or fruit and eggs prepare as you wish. You can also ask for the breakfast menu and order from there. Food is very good. The green juice is delicious. The attention from the waiters is always friendly and fast. The gym is newly renovated and it has very good equipment. The front desk is very friendly and helpful, specially Pamela who was able to help me upgrade the room. The location is very practical and there are malls and restaurants close by. Very pleased with Elements hotel. I always stay there when in business in Mexico City.

Facilities: Generally speaking, it's pretty standard, similar to a 300 RMB hotel in China. But considering its airport location, it's acceptable. Special shout-out to the comfortable sofa – big plus! Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The hotel interior is great. However, the airport exterior is under renovation, and it was a bit hard to find. Service: Excellent and very professional.

Guest UserI really enjoyed my stay here. It's very close to the snack street and not far from a larger supermarket. The small lane next to it is safe and quiet, lined with either hotels or residences. The facilities in the room were great, and there's a shared washing machine and dryer, with what seemed like complimentary laundry detergent, though the public restrooms weren't in the best condition. The keyless entry with a password lock was very convenient. The smart TV had Netflix automatically logged in with the hotel's account, so you could watch movies freely, even if I didn't find anything I was particularly interested in. The elevator was quite unique – there are no floor buttons inside; you select your floor outside, and then it directs you to the appropriate elevator. It felt very modern and novel.

Guest UserThe room exceeded expectations and regretted staying for two days on the weekend. A family of three set two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Trip.com wrote 70 square meters, it feels more than, it is estimated that the area is used, the child is very satisfied with his own space. The room design is very good, the small objects are IKEA, the kitchen is fully equipped, the necessary tableware is also equipped with oil, pepper and salt, we made a few beautiful breakfasts, to achieve avocado freedom! This apartment has four rooms on each floor. The room type I live in is on the fifth floor. I can't hear the noise of the road at all (the room on the road is not clear, the road in front of the door is busy during the day). It is two blocks away from the core area of Roma. I wander around every day and have several Michelin restaurants. Unfortunately, I can't eat on weekends. Praise the building service staff, enthusiastically inform the use of the free washing machine dryer, free after 6 pm. The roof garden is great! There is a swimming pool! Small problem: The sheets should be covered with plastic waterproof pads, and they will ring when they turn over.

Modern accommodation in a great area for exploring Mexico city for a day or two.
It's not a hotel so obviously the service is totally different than you'd expect For cleanliness and?overall amenities..But it's totally ok for a good night sleep and a convenient, safe, and nice location to stay.
Wish they could PayPal bit attention to details, for example in trio.com?app it says the room had a?balcony and when we arrived we didn't even have windows.
Exhausted from a long trip we didn't want to cause trouble but that could have been advised earlier.
We were two people but only had one hand towel so that was an inconvenience that could have probably been avoided of the management would pay a birthday more attention to the bookings.
Overall ok stay for an one night stop-over in Mexico city.
Walking distance to restaurants and nice Polanco area day off night.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.

Guest UserBeautiful hotel, great location, but unfortunately, the noise makes it extremely difficult to recommend staying here.
The music from the rooftop bar starts getting louder around 6 PM and continues until approximately 2 AM, and it seems to get progressively louder throughout the night. It was genuinely impossible to relax or sleep in our room. We were even given earplugs, but they did very little to help. If you plan to be out until 2 AM every night, you may not notice it. But if you are looking for a relaxing hotel where you can come back, unwind, and get a good night’s sleep, this is honestly a terrible experience.
We also booked a Deluxe King room but were put in a Queen room for our first night. We were not able to get into the correct room category that we booked until after 5PM the following day because the Deluxe King room was ”not yet clean.” No upgrade or compensation was given for this mistake.
It’s a shame because the property is beautiful but a hotel room that you cannot reasonably sleep or relax. I would strongly recommend asking about the noise before booking.

Guest UserThe hotel is great, had a coffee area where you can work and set your computer, plugs, and couches around the lobby and the coffee area, they have aromatherapy in each floor and good beds. Close to downtown.
