The downside was that the kitchen is only open for a very short time, which I don't think is fair, and the water tasted a bit strange.

I requested a bottom bunk in advance because I have scoliosis and it's difficult for me to climb. I even called early to remind the guy who answered, but he was unhelpful and told me that bunks aren't reserved and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. :(

This place is not clean, it looks like a prison from the outside, the vibe is uncomfortable, and the management shows gender preference. They are too tolerant of inappropriate behavior from men, but for women, any minor inconvenience or misunderstanding leads to them being singled out and forced to sign disciplinary letters, as if you're in high school. The hotel manager is despotic, speaks ill of guests simply because she doesn't like them, and the receptionists don't do their job properly. A colleague had their belongings removed from their room despite having renewed their stay. The kitchen has cockroaches, the bathrooms run out of toilet paper, and the cleaning staff are rude, plus they take and confiscate things that aren't theirs without reason. I do not recommend it. It's cheap but at the cost of your mental and emotional health. DO NOT BOOK.

The staff are very friendly. The only minor issues are that the kitchen closes quite early (4 PM), and sometimes it takes a while for the hot water to come on in the bathrooms. However, all the other guests are friendly, and the place provides everything you need.
