So many issues- from check in we didn’t receive all of our bags in our room, housekeeping entering without knocking or announcing, restaurant service was chaos, hotel alarm went off every day with no explanation/ announcement if it was a false alarm or evacuation? Loud bass /music drumbeat Saturday 8:45 am until 10 am . Hallway entry door slammed loudly with every closure ( after first night we complained and this seemed to be adjusted). For $475 a night- petite suite, it was not worth it. The hotel is beautiful, nicely anointed, staff is nice.

It’s as if the hotel spent all their money on its looks but forgot about what’s important . There are so many issues. Restaurant staff did not seem to have any system as to how and who took customer orders. Front desk delivered 3 of 4 luggage bags to our room. Housekeeping opened our door without knocking or announcing themselves, hotel alarm went off every day of our stay yet there was no explanation /announcement of error or evacuation. Hallway entry door slammed loudly upon each closing. Saturday 8:45-10am outside music drumbeat did not make for a relaxing Saturday am. No coffee maker in room, instant coffee bags. $475 per night for a petite queen, less taxes. Wonderful location, beautiful exterior, cool vibe…but missing the mark. Oh, I am a lifetime Platinum elite with Bonvoy, so I have stayed in a few hotels.

Hotel is beautiful and well located for what I needed for the trip. Closed to the museum area. People is friendly. Some comments: service need to improve. Cleaning is very bad, lights in the room were not working 2 days which I had to report. Toilettes in the common area ( lobby and restaurant) were discustingly dirty ( 3 times I entered). There was a very strong noise like a generator for many hours. Restaurant services were not always good ( I had to wait for 1 hour for my food without clear explanation on what happened).

Serene and cozy, well located, friendly and warm team. Feeling like at friends home. Didn't try the food apart for breakfast which was great, specially the attention from the restaurant team, loved it!

A luxury hotel nicely woven into the modern and eclectic neighborhood. Beautiful art, jewelry, and clothes on-site to buy, and a beautifully curated restaurant. Every detail executed with care and class.

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Saint Augustine. My wife and I decided to have a staycation for our first wedding anniversary at the property and it was nothing short of absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful, staff is exceptional, and the ambiance is inviting. Will definitely return and recommend to others.
