Quiet place. May be inaccessible but easy to get taxi. The breakfast choices are good, soybean is extremely awesome! Different from what we had back home in Singapore.

Good service and nice room overall. Good Chinese style breakfast. Check in kiosk is used, which is interesting, however still need to go to reception for the breakfast voucher. Location is not the best, 15 minutes walking from Jian train station and pretty much no other public transport nearby. I ordered a taxi from the reception.

Too far from town centre. Room not very clean with dusts over ceiling. Breakfast was not that great either. Not really worth the money.

This is a hotel for tourist group, so so facilties with service OK, but location is remote and hard to get to anywhere. Fair price but low CP considering factors mentioned.

We highly recommended the place. The service was very good. We like to especially thank the staff at its restaurant who went for an extra mile and provided simple take away food for us after knowing that we needed to leave slightly before the meal time.

It feels different from the booking photos. It's actually a roadside hotel instead of a large manor. The room is OK and the bathroom is pretty new. The parking lot is behind the hotel, but since the day of check-in is a weekday, you can park in front. Breakfast Some of the items were small. Unfortunately, there was a big earthquake when we were having breakfast the day after we checked in. We had to check out immediately after breakfast.

First time staying here! The accommodation price is affordable (breakfast included), and there are parking spaces at the door and next to it, which is convenient! The environmentally friendly hotel does not provide disposable supplies. Because I brought my own supplies, I didn’t ask if they could be picked up at the counter. The room is clean and comfortable, but the toilet water line may be a little blocked and there will be a sound after each use. Don't look forward to breakfast. It's like a youth club and the service is relatively indifferent. You need to recycle it after use.

The building materials and decoration of the bureau are very fashionable, and they are very clean. Although the location is relatively remote, there are bicycles available for use Motorcycles can also be rented, and there is a courtyard garden behind the hotel. Breakfast has less choice but not bad. The service staff has a good attitude. All in all, it's a pretty good hotel.

The room is very clean, the equipment is very new, especially the TV can be used to watch YouTube, the bed is very good, and I highly recommend this hotel. 

Congratulations, Tong Mao Hotel, you were named the worst hotel during my independent trip to Taiwan, because I personally think your hotel is a bit anti-human in order to save costs! Here are my thoughts on you: 1. The power sockets on the bedside table and next to the sink in the bathroom have been replaced with white boards so that you can't charge your phone and use a hair dryer, razor, and curler in the bathroom. 2. Although a smart toilet is installed, you cannot use it to flush your lower body, and the function is turned off, making it useless. 3. Hotels throughout Taiwan provide bottled water and carbonated drinks for free. This hotel tells you to go to the water dispenser for environmental protection. 4. The quality of the breakfast is very poor. The only fruit I saw in the photo is that the meat floss is all made of starch. You have to return the used tableware to the original place by yourself. The waiter is not responsible. 5. The hotel mainly accommodates tour groups, so don’t consider it for individual travelers. The experience is too bad. I feel like this hotel will go out of business at any time if it doesn't save costs everywhere. Of course, there is a musty smell as soon as you enter the room, which takes a few hours to get used to.

The second time I booked this place, I smelled a strong smell (the smell of cigarette smoke) as soon as I entered the room. I asked the lady at the counter to come up and tell me it was the hotel's fragrance. She asked me if I could accept it and asked me to change the room for us. After changing the room, I was directly upgraded to a larger room. Thank you for the hotel's service. I will stay here again.
