Hello dear VIP, we look forward to your visit~~ It is 3 kilometers away from Songyuan Annex and 800 meters away from Hualien Tianhui Hall. Hualien Airport is 4.3 km away. Free WiFi is available throughout the building, with a fourth channel with TV and Youtube, and all rooms are air-conditioned and flat-screen with shower facilities. The private bathroom comes with a hair dryer, shampoo and body soap, and large bath towels. Luggage can be stored before check-in and after check-out. Shared spacious hall on the ground floor. Whale watching, canoeing, rafting, car hire and day trips, Hualien City is a great choice for motorcycling, local markets and fine weather. Due to Taiwan's environmental protection policy, we do not take the initiative to provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, bottled mineral water, and the hall is equipped with water dispensers and large refrigerators.

The service is quite bad, feels like the hostel is making you a favour to allow you to stay, I wouldn't recomend it unless you don't don't have another choice.
Also you need to wait until 4pm to enter your room, and leave at 11am next day, is better to find a hotel.
