Gran Hotel Ciudad de Barbastro
4.3/523 Reviews
As you can read it in other places, this hotel needs to be renovated, I would add that the staff are not really reactive, we have experienced it. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The night, when we returned, we found the shower rack demonted the water was now blocked at a cold limit! More surprisingly, at 7:30 a.m. we receive a telephone call from the reception we are asked if we want to change room! We were happy that we were already up, we rejected this proposal a little late and went to breakfast. We welcome the present employee who does not respond to our hello. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. I started to get a little bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of In short, I think that this establishment needs a serious recovery in hand and I do not advise it.
San Ramón del Somontano
4.4/515 Reviews
The San Ramon hotel is as well placed as you can find within 1-5 minutes walk of most things you want in a rural Aragon town -- open air bars for people watching, good to very good restaurants and fast food outlets, shops of all kinds, a cathedral, ice cream parlours, and lots of alley ways and traditional architecture. GPS is rather essential for driving the maze of narrow roads but underground hotel parking for €10 a night means you abandon the car anyway except for out-of-town excursions. Rooms are very clean and well-fitted throughout although shift up a grade if you like plenty of space. Breakfast hours were limited to 08:00 to 09:30 during our stay but there was a good selection of hot and cold choices and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the main restaurant and highly-rated café were closed for our two-night stay but the café was clearly pulling local customers in as we checked out. With superb reception staff with command of several languages, the Hotel San Ramon del Somontano is well worth a stopover.
Hotel Mi Casa

Hotel Rural El Pilaret
4.3/54 Reviews
We didn’t know this part of spain and it was our first trip but it was highly impressive and exceeded all our expectations. The place itself is in a rural town that is out of this world. The places around are beautiful. It was an excellent break from the hustles and bustles of everyday life. The hotel itself was a pleasure to stay. It was as old as the town itself but very well kept and clean. We had everything we needed and everything worked perfectly well (heating, hot water etc) The owners put in extra effort to keep the place clean and are very welcoming and helpful. We got advices regarding the places to visit after the breakfast and all the places were worth visiting. It was a short break (2 nights) but we could have easily spent a week there. So we will have to visit again. Thank you for the great hospitality and making us feel welcome 😊🙏
Hotel & Spa Monasterio de Boltaña
4.4/541 Reviews
This is a really stunning hotel and a beautiful location. It’s situated just outside the small town of Boltana and very close to the mediaeval Hill town of Aínsa so location is perfect. The conversion of the old monastery into a hotel has been done really beautifully, with such interesting use of the space and artwork throughout the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and service was excellent and very friendly. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good. There is a lovely swimming pool in the garden area outside. It’s a beautiful space to swim and relax, surrounded by views of the mountains. The gym is a little dated and cramped, although it has a good selection of weights machines. There is a spa, but we didn’t use it, as the pool is so lovely. The fittings in the room might be thought a little dated for a five star hotel, but, given the history and location, the price and how beautifully the central areas of the hotel had been designed, we didn’t feel that was a problem. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!
HG Alto Aragón

Staff was just so friendly. Covadonga, Mama, Germán, Yaina, the bartender, and restaurant waiters went out of their way to accommodate and help during our stay, the best part is that they did it with joy, care and great conversation. Thank you to each and everyone of them! Room was clean, with a balcony. We loved sitting sipping wine at night enjoying the view. There was a fridge in the room. One downside is the lack of receptacles bedside to charge you phones at night. Also make sure you ask about AC because there is a thermostat but it seemed like there was no AC. Nights were cool in June so we weren’t too impacted but in hot weather it could be an issue. Hotel has a beautiful location with trails accesible nearby. Formidal has great little restaurants, a market and a public outdoor pool that looked pretty nice from outside. Sallent de Gállego is 10 minute drive which was perfect. Overall a great experience both with the hotel and the area.
