Great location! Less than 1km from West Station. Personnel were very profesional. Breakfast great and rooms very big with all the necessary things. Would definitely book again if have to stay at Cangzhou.

Did not know spect this hotel to be this nice in the City of Handan! Squeaky clean and classy from inside out. Very courteous and helpful staff members from concierge to housekeepers, not to speak of the front desk angels . Love to come back and check in here next time !

Traveling with children, the hotel has a children's toilet seat, no baby strollers, fully carpeted rooms, and the buffet breakfast and dinner are not too many, but not too few; the swimming pool is good; the hotel does not have an amusement park, you can go to the small amusement park in the connected shopping mall

We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the experience. Due to the centralized heating system, our room was extremely hot and reached 29 degrees celsius even with the window open. We ended up calling the front desk at 4:30 a.m., and within 10 minutes, someone arrived with a large fan. She helped us set it up and adjust the temperature, and it quickly became comfortable enough for us to fall back asleep. Thank you for the quick assistance!

I was very satisfied with my stay. First of all, I would like to thank Kevin for solving the problem with my room. Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant or the overall hotel experience, everything was excellent. It's a hotel with really high cost value action. 5 start hotel with this price is unbeatable, the service by front desk is really grea. Couldn't find such a great value in anywhere else. However, the hotel needs to have some renovation, the carpet is a bit old, it's understandable though, coz it requires high cost for renovation.

Everything was perfect and magnificent breakfast,service bed and pillows were perfect also

Facilities: The gym has dumbbells and small gantry frames, which basically meets the fitness needs, and it is still 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. Hygienic: very clean, stayed for the second time, the bedding is also very comfortable, there is a spare bedding under the TV, very worry-free Service: The staff are very warm and at home. Breakfast is better than the last time, there are bacon patties, pancakes, egg stew is also delicious, braised meat fat and not greasy.

Service, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China. If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed . By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

Everting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories. One thing management need to focus on: 1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.
