This was my third time staying at the Kaseh Hotel in Kota Kinabalu, and I brought my mother along for a trip. As always, the stay was incredibly satisfying! Service: The front desk staff were warm and helpful, offering check-in services in both Chinese and English. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of dishes that my mother particularly enjoyed. When cleaning the room, they always replenished necessary disposable items and even helped tidy up clothes on the bed and toiletries in the bathroom, which was very thoughtful. Cleanliness: The hotel was clean and tidy, with daily room cleaning service. Environment: The location is extremely convenient. Taking a Grab to city attractions is always within a ten-minute drive, making it easy to get to Sutera Harbour for island hopping and Gaya Street. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's only about a ten-minute Grab ride from the airport, so there's no need to wake up extra early to catch a flight. Getting around to and from the hotel is very convenient. Facilities: As always, the facilities are complete. You can take hotel towels with you for island hopping and snorkeling, just remember to return them. There are plenty of drying racks, perfect for hanging clothes. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Hope to see Kota Kinabalu again next time!

I booked this Loft thinking it was like any other Loft that i’ve stayed before. But this here, exceeded my expectations by 100%! Le Meridien KK, thank yoy for the best stay i’ve ever had in my life. A very very big thank you to Natalie & Elvinna at the Club Lounge and to Herna for the swift and fuss free check-in/check out. I will be planning to try the executive suite on my next visit. This hotel offers excellent value for money. Its central location in Kota Kinabalu is incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food, with many popular local eateries within walking distance. As an economy brand under Wyndham, the hotel is generally clean and tidy. While the rooms are designed with simplicity in mind, they offer ample space and good natural light, and all essential amenities are provided. The staff are quite enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out processes are quick. There's an international restaurant on-site. While the breakfast selection isn't particularly luxurious, it's perfectly adequate for a simple daily meal. If you're visiting Kota Kinabalu for leisure or business and looking for an affordable, well-located, and brand-backed place to stay, this is a very practical and comfortable choice.

Hotel is very clean staff are very friendly. Very convenient place near to Imago hotel n there is nice swimming pool. Have Secret Recipes down the hotel land 24 hrs dobi n 24 hrs convenient shop. Good place we lived it.

I have stayed in this hotel before and this time round I chose to stay in this hotel. It was a good selection because it’s convenient for my business purposes. It’s close to the airport and easy to grab rides. However, this time round the room was not up to par because the air-conditioning was not working in pristine condition, room felt rather warm.

Our private family stayed here for 4 nights from the first day of our Kota Kinabalu trip, and we are sincerely grateful for the wonderful service and warm welcome we received. In particular, the front desk service was excellent. They not only answered our questions accurately and empathetically, but they also went above and beyond, handling issues that might not typically fall under their duties with incredible attention to detail. Thank you very much. The facilities show their age but are well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to A Street, and you can easily walk to supermarkets, convenience stores, a laundromat, and even grab some light snacks. The parking was also very convenient; once our license plate was registered, we could enter and exit as many times as we wanted. Although the capacity wasn't huge, we never had trouble finding a spot during our 4-night stay. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the menu varied slightly each day. The only regrettable point was that the male floor manager, or whoever was in charge of the breakfast area, seemed to lack a bit of respect for women and children. (For example, after my husband went back to the room, he bumped into my daughter's chair without a word, and then started giving loud instructions to the staff right next to our table, which we found a bit bothersome.)

This is our 3rd stay at Sky Hotel. We booked a 2-bedroom suite and checked in at night, but unfortunately the room was not clean. There was dust and powder on the sofa, the floor was sticky and dusty, some flooring was chipped, and there was an unpleasant smell. We called reception to request a room change but were told the hotel was full. Housekeeping came to check and confirmed the room condition. We took some photos and went down to the reception counter, after discussingabout 10 minutes, the reception offered us an upgrade to a bigger suite, which was clean and much better. Appreciate the staff for resolving the issue quickly, but the room cleanliness should be improved.

Overall cleanliness was good. And the location is very strategic as it is located in one of KK's biggest malls. I don't know if I could recommend this hotel due to my experience of construction noises lasting from 10pm to 12am (and it went over 12am where I had to ask the staff to check on it). I understand this may be a one-off incident but the lack of understanding from the staff is what truly puts me off. Even though the noise was coming from the mall, it does directly affect your customers and thus it is a problem that the hotel has to address. I called to complain twice, got no updates after the first and had to face a very dismissive receptionist in the second. The hotel should have taken more active measures and worked with the mall management. I don't think there's any excuse as to why construction has to happen AT NIGHT where your guests want to rest/sleep. Other than the mall, no other amenities.

Although the room rate dropped on the day of check-in, making it two thousand cheaper than my original booking, I contacted customer service and they immediately refunded the difference. Overall, the hotel is pretty good. I swam for three days. Honestly, the breakfast didn't quite meet Marriott's usual standards. The pleasant surprise was finding out I had a partial sea view room.
