The hotel is newly renovated. The only drawback is the shower, which is located directly in the room, making it a bit uncomfortable if you're not staying with a partner.

The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with convenient public transportation nearby. There are bus stops just a hundred meters away. There's also a supermarket close by, making daily life very convenient. I even had the best paella in the vicinity. Definitely worth recommending.

I have stayed here several times, and the hotel is as good as always. This time I had more luggage, and I was going to other cities and then back. The hotel stored my luggage for free, which was very helpful. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel when they come to Valencia.

Very friendly staff. Welcoming and very co-operative. Hotel very modern, nicely refurbished, absolutely excellent full breakfast and room spotlessly clean. Nice swimming pool outside with sliding roof, very sunny location. Good gym. Local facilities, many restaurants nearby, large shopping centre close and IKEA nearby walking distance. Hotel located some miles from town centre but cabs no problem and bus stop 20 mins walk. All staff speak English. Most enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the beach, and is the best choice for watching the sunrise early in the morning. The hotel is new, the room is clean, there is no refrigerator or kettle, maybe it's cold at the beach. There is an underground parking lot opposite, and it feels like it's okay to park on the roadside. I forgot to buy breakfast the day before, but when I bought it the next day, it was still given to me at the booked price, which was very nice

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Ibis Alicante. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and offers easy access to the city centre and the beach, making it ideal for both short stays and transit. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or offer assistance with directions and transport. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast had a decent variety, including both hot and cold options. The lounge area was quiet and a nice place to unwind. Overall, Ibis Alicante provides great value for money and is a reliable choice for travellers looking for simple, clean, and well-located accommodation in Alicante.

Decent stay with a walking distance to old town Valencia. There is a good Korean BBQ and Chinese hotpot across the train tracks. Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Port Hotel Alicante City and Beach. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly welcoming — you can feel that they work with their hearts. The location is just perfect, close to the beach and with such a relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic, every meal felt like a treat. We truly felt like we were living in paradise. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff were very friendly, and there was a free, secure underground parking lot for guests. The rooms were impeccably clean, and there was a very comfortable bathtub. Overall, if you're arriving in Alicante by car, this is an excellent choice, and I highly recommend it.

The hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.

My first place right after I landed in Valencia. Very close to the Valencia Airport. I love how the Bonaire Shopping Centre is 2 minutes away so if you want some food variety or do some last minute shopping for a EU Sim, just walk over and they have everything. The room was good sized, which is enough for myself since I spent most of the day walking around. They are environmentally conscious, which is a big plus for me. The staff were very accommodating, helping me out with scanning some documents, especially Valentina, Adrian, who understood and communicated in English without me having to resort to using Google Translate. Overall, it felt like a premium hotel and I am glad that I got to experience a bit of Valencia with the helpfulness of the staff
