The hotel is right next to the Grand Bazaar, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring local eateries. The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and breakfast offered delicious local specialties. The front desk service was attentive and helpful. It's definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Urumqi.

I know the hotel probably doesn't care about reviews anymore, but their unprofessionalism was evident right from the airport pickup. It wasn't even the front desk that answered the phone when I tried to contact the hotel! Luckily, there was a pickup service at 12, which is why I'm giving a mediocre review. But if there's no pickup service at 12, why is it listed as available? The bed was a bit dirty, and the towels were old. It's 2026 now, and when my delivery arrived, it was just left in a corner downstairs, no call, no delivery robot. The security guards have a very 'politicized' vibe; I suggest giving them permanent government positions, so their attitude isn't wasted.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Kashgar Old City, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Right outside the hotel, you'll find specialty shops like Gulandam Ice Cream and Zhengfei Fresh Milk, making daily dining and shopping a breeze. The hotel management often staffs the lobby, and every guest entering is warmly greeted and engaged in friendly conversation, providing truly heartwarming service. The front desk staff handles check-ins efficiently and patiently. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the dining areas are spotless. Bellhops are proactive in assisting with luggage. The service from all departments is meticulous and thoughtful, ensuring an overall comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kashgar.

When driving to Kashgar Old City, I usually park at Kunlun Tower. The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from the parking lot, making it easy to find. The front desk service was excellent. I left a piece of clothing on the first day, and it was still there when I returned on the third day. Very impressive!

Came here on a popular weekend, the hotel was fully booked. The location is easy to find with navigation. Parking is available at the guesthouse, though the alley can be a bit tricky to navigate. Since we drove, but parking was a hassle, we mostly used taxis to get around. The street outside is full of wholesale shops and is constantly congested. There are also many late-night food stalls in the evening. The room was very clean, and the showerhead was large with great water pressure, making for a comfortable shower (though it's an electric water heater, so it only supports one person showering at a time; the second person has to wait). Shampoo and shower gel (P&G Rejoice brand) were provided. There’s also a rooftop where you can dry clothes, which is very convenient! Pic 4 shows the exaggerated Xinjiang-style decor. Our last stop in Southern Xinjiang was a very pleasant stay! They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience.

This weekend, I brought my family to Turpan and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Turpan. It was truly excellent, a solid five-star review! Especially the front desk staff, Xiao Yi and Xiao Pan, whose attitude was so friendly and service so warm and thorough. They really made us feel valued – excellent, excellent! 👍 The room was spotless, no strange odors, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so I slept soundly. All the facilities were in good working order, hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was strong. Very satisfied!

This was my first time in Tashkurgan, and after browsing various platforms and recommendations, I finally settled on the Vanishing Starry Sky Camp. My stay was incredibly satisfying. The place was clean, the service was excellent, the location was superb, and the views were absolutely stunning! The room was tidy and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a great variety, making for a fantastic overall experience! Traveling with kids, I was particularly pleased. The lobby area had a small play zone, and there were various facilities for children right next to our room. The staff were very attentive to the little ones, making it perfect for a family trip!

This hotel is really hard to spell! Their standards are inconsistent, and they shouldn't let booking channels and platforms dictate their service quality. I stayed here twice, once at the start and once at the end of my trip to Duku Highway, flying in and out of Urumqi. The first night was booked via Trip.com, and the last night was redeemed by a teammate using his American credit card points. Both stays were 100% pre-paid and confirmed. For the first night, a guest relations manager contacted me a day in advance to discuss my itinerary, prepare the room, and even ask about my pillow preferences. Upon arrival for check-in, the same manager personally greeted me, guided me, and introduced the hotel. The room had welcome fruits and a cute bear plushie, and I especially loved the bath service. When checking out, I mentioned my next booking and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, during my second stay, there was absolutely no special service. The front desk service was very standard and process-driven. Although the room type was better than the first time, the soft services were significantly worse. There were no pre-arranged pillows, no welcome fruits, and I had to call myself to request the bath service. All the towels were old and worn out. Is this difference in service purely due to the booking platform? I can understand that different prices might lead to different rooms, facilities, and views, but it shouldn't mean a loss of basic hotel service standards. What felt like a 'home away from home' before now just seems like empty courtesy.

From controlling appliances to adjusting the room temperature, everything is done with a single touch – a fantastic experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between smart technology and comfort; it's not just about piling on features, but truly enhancing the convenience of check-in. Highly recommended! It's so convenient with kids! The kids love using voice control to control the curtains and lights. The smart system is easy to use, even for seniors. The rooms are spacious, meticulously cleaned, and the staff are very patient with the children. Our whole family had a wonderful stay!
